Exciting game, you probably should have expanded much earlier though. Its fairly rare to see a land map run to a deadlock, though ive had some frustrating experiences on island maps. A couple little things - capitalizing your sentances, and a few other grammatic errors, hurt the report a bit, but i could relate to your frustration as your buildings were destroyed.

| PeonSanders pretty much said the same things i would have said. i like your writing style. you said you don't get screen shots, but they sure would get you good ratings. keep writing, and i don't say that much about text only reporters. |

| that sounded like a good game, but one thing to remember, hydras are a very good unit, but they are better accompanied by air. |

Hey, Nice...I have to say basically what peon says, but, that is not what is in question here. It looked like you did a good job, but, in strategic terms: didn't you see the 'oh so many starports'? If not, where was he hiding them?

This was cool; text only reports are fine. I had one major problem with understanding the action:
"i was tending to normal base chores at one of my expansions when it happened. "the hive cluster is under attack!" glance down, and i see a large number of dropships unloading a lot of stuff, accompanied by about 10 battlecruisers and several science vessels, casting defensive matrix."
At the end of this paragraph it was still unclear which base was under attack. In fact, it was two paragraphs ahead that we find out it was your main:
"i wrote off my main as gone."
Since your main was out of resources it wasn't at all obvious that that would be his target.

yeah .. i didn't say i was a great player. obviously, my recon was lacking :[
as for why i didn't plague the BCs -- i didn't know he HAD any, until he brought a bunch of them into my base, and he eliminated all my tech buildings before i could do anything useful. as he was eliminating that base, i started a pool, hydra den, and lair at an expansion, but there wasn't enough time to tech back up.
anyway, thanks for comments, i'll get screenshots next time. |

Too bad you didn't remember the scourge earlier. You must've had a lot of em if they were all over the map.
But scourge aren't very good vs. BC anyway, so...
O one more thing:
I always thought Hydra's ate terran buildings for lunch. Whether they fly or not.
