Well, there are some brs I would cool flawless . . . ie YRM's.
This is 9.5 - I think it's drop-dead sexy but not flawless.
And yes I'd give your 10 br the mark it got if I could rate it . . . because it was flawless, in my opinion at least.
There are always little mistakes, yes, but sometimes they can be turned so that they actually compliment the report - like Lewis' spelling mistakes, heh.
