Very pretty :). Nice pics, and lots of them. I agree with CB that some of the asides you threw in were distracting and detracted from the report a little bit, but otherwise it was easy to follow the action for the most part.
Oh, and what are the gaps of blank space before the names? I'm using Opera 5.2 (5.something anyway) so it may be a browser thing, but I don't see it in other reports.
And did you mean you were going to try and do a first-person report from Jeb's POV? Second-person wouldn't be from Jeb's POV.
Ah well, good report either way. I'd probably give it a 7.5-8 if I rated, which I don't, so it doesn't matter anyway.

Well, the reason that Jeb lost is 2-fold.
1st: It was the only replay of him that I had. In fact, I was going to delete it but then I read Jeb's forum message and left it there.
2nd: I was hoping that people would think "Oh it's a tribute, so Jeb will win." This way, a surprise loss adds to the report.
2nd person? I thought that meant that I tell it from a "character"s POV? Hmm... Oh well. Thanks for all the comments and CB, I hope it does get 7.5 instead of just a 7. Go influence some other raters pls. =)

Character's POV is more of a variety of 3rd person, depending on how much knowledge the narrator gives.
1st: "I made a base and attacked."
2nd: "You make your base." (I think this would make for a weird report unless it was CYOA).
3rd, omniscient: "A makes his base while B goes archons."
3rd, A's POV: "A makes his base and is suddenly surprised by B's archons."
3rd, B's POV: "B goes archons in an attempt to get A with his pants down."

I have a 56k modem at home and it runs at 28k because the phone lines weren't meant for human use. Even at that speed I can download this report fast enough for me, and I'm the 10-windows-open-at-a-time type. People are impatient.
And you know something.. you really have to have some respect for the time it takes to find good anime pictures like that. Maybe I just suck at finding things on the net, but I really can't find very much good material.
Anyway, it was indeed a decent report. I always liked Jeb. :| |

| I = first, u=second, but... saying you makes me second person, so really, if the host is talking to the reader, as if the reader were the object of the report, that'd be second person. HEY JEB remember when you... report. |

Second person is the person you're fragging.
Third person is the one who shot your ass because you were too busy with the second person.

Hey nice report! Man I haven't been around here forever and seems like all the reports are epics now. Not complaining because they are pretty good, but it takes a long time to read.
I wonder if anybody I know is still around. I haven't played for almost a year and just started up last night again. wow, way to many metaphores there for me, and the writing wasnt the best, and where was the 2nd person p.o.v.? Also the alt-text...well...i wont get started. But the pics were very nice so i have no problem with this report, easily a 7. and frontal nuditiy in the future plz.
