Acolytes may very well be the most cost effective unit in the game if micromanaged correctly.
Think about it: ((10.3dmg.avg+50%fully.upgd)*(250%piercing spearhand dmg)+30%dmg mdificator)*2 and they could kill a tauren after just a few hours by slapping him on the cheeks repeatedly. Compare to you: you are probably not cheaper than 90 gold, and do you think you could kill a giant walking, big stick carrying but still so cute cow by slapping it ?
I bet you cannot. Please send replays of you achieving it to this site if you want to prove me wrong.

| Reminds me of my Starcraft days when I could take down opponents building *only* scvs and *only* command centers (with a depot here and there). The idea is that, scvs are by far the best mining unit due to their 60 hp and the fact that the first two buildings you make are expansions, you have nearly unlimited income, and get 10 control groups within 6 minutes if you are good at it. If you send half your wave to distract whatever troops they have created, and the second half (mind you half is 60 scvs) into their mineral line, you can destroy their economy quite quickly (especially effective against zerg for some reason). By the time your platoon is destroyed, you should half a full 200 scvs in play and can send continuous waves from this point on. Hilarious to watch but devestating to the other player's morale I am sure. Ahh wasn't I bored back in those SC days... |

| Undead vs. Orc theorycraft strategy: Rush the Orc player before he has more than one burrow. The first one is usually put close to the gold mine, so it will get filled with the gold-bearing peons unless he manually fills it. While your hero is running around taking minor damage from the burrow, haunt the gold mine. I think a summoning building builds at a faster rate than the burrow fires. This is like a o-refinery technique. |

Yeah i think necro's can help by tranformin ur acolytes to skeleton warriors that could do moe damage.
but i think the thing that's so dangerous about this strat is that your opponent can level up his hero so fast that takin care of your mass acolytes is like eatin some ice cream. i think u should try usin a crypt and a mixture of ghoul and acolytes plus lich to deal some serious nova damage.

| Why don't you make tanks too? Their splash damage can easily decimated tightly packed group of low hp builders of the undead. Or the high templars unleashing the fierce storm of lightning continuously. Taurens suck in this match up since due to their large size they are easily broodling'ed. |

Of course they own peons and peasants and uh... WISPS!!! wisps suck they cant attack i was trying to do it with NE so i massed them and i won of course but the guy just quit when he saw my mass force he said sumthin about a "lol" then he quit i didnt understand his small brained language unfortunatly so im goin to take that as i lose im shit i should quit this game with that being said i think that is what you should all think of "lol" since the person who said it got raped by wisps
im also 2-0 with NE and 3-0 with orc and of course 5-0 with human...this strat is an easy way to win multiple games of course it takes much time and skill to master it but its well worth the wait...

Oh btw i owned a bunch of fully upgraded tauren with like oh say 2 acolyte no hero no nuthin just mass microing with acolytes he had his hero....but unfortunately he didnt have any peons or any slave/worker type to do "well" against my massive 2 9-10 dmg acolytes I think i have mastered this technique so i shall quit using many people have called me name like "gay" and this one is my favorite "hacker" and what not what have ya....

Nice report. Unusual 1st person writing style, strong writing quality. You need a stronger beginning. Like a nice photoshoped title graphics, or fancy fonts. It was like the BR just abruptly began.
Reading, it was like I was watching someone's vacation slides, as they where describing each one. Nice effect.
Some of screenshots seemed dark and it was hard for me to pick out units you where describing. It didn't help that I don't play War3. Maybe you could you run the screenshots through a filter to make them brighter, or increase the gamma before taking the screenshot. |

I saw an orc go mass peons and his ally mass necromancers in a replay from this very site!! Fear the gatherer's of death!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh yeah and in another replay of a 4v4 the acolytes absolutely owned and singlehanedly won the game with 90 supply acolytes and vampric aura!! Pwnage!!!!!!!!
