I use Microsoft Photo Editor to convert the PCX to JPG. It comes with Microst Office Small Business Edition. And size doesn't matter if you upload to someplace like Tripod or Xoom (free after you register). But if you upload to this site then it has to be 50K and less. |

Oh and in response to anyone not having fonts:
Most people have Comic Sans MS, and if they don't then the browser will use the default font. |

| Regarding fonts.. In the font tag you can use a comma delimited list list of font faces taht you prefer. If the user doesnt have the first one on the list it goes to the second.. etc.. |

| The JPG format is designed to be able to specify the tradeoff between quality and file size that you want. If your program won't let you do this, you have a sucky program. :) |
