I liked some of his strategies. They were good. His disconnecting strategy was particularly effective in denying you a win in the short term. He obviously felt that you were a one goonit wonder and that you didn't earn your win just by making all goons and a variety of support troops.
You seemed to play good. The report was good. My advice?
Be careful, if you play like that again, but end up losing all your troops and bases, you'll lose instead of get disconnected on. I hope that helps you. |

| What I got from this report is that you can make a lot of goons and beat newbies. When are we going to see a close game? Of course, with the ladder how it is now, probably not for another two or three hundred points =p |

Yeah, what TT said. He was just a few steps up over most BGH newbies. (IE, he took the time to expand, check expansions and deny, and actually attack with something other than carriers) but in the end.... you played a fairly newbish opponent.

If you want to play someone good, play Mark4. He's good. I think his rating is below 1100, so you'd have a similar rating. Report that game and we'll see if you have such an easy win.
The report was written really clearly, and discussed strategy nicely... I think it might have been better than a six. Without being a reprehensible YRM clone, you could use a touch of color in your reports.

Nice battle report.
I really like your strategic focus in your BR's. I really don't read these things for all the flashy graphics etc, but to get some good tips. Keep it up.
I don't really play protoss that much but it certainly makes sense with the long winding map why I have lost on that one playing other races. Cannons scatter around on the cliffs in random places are especially devasting to zerg offensive forces. I have also had the middle taken away from me before. I don't think I ever got it back and the game was downhill from there. You were smart to attack the middle when you did. |
