Good report. Polaris Prime, If I remember correctly, is a 6 player 192x192 map.
Pool first on islands is good for a turbo muta build, as well as one hatch lurkers against terran on lan, still 9 pool is a better choice than 7. I don't know why mogalin made 2 depots before rax, he could have made went
8 depot
10 refinery
12 rax
15 depot
17 factory
which would have went a lot faster.
I liked the combo pic of the terran base, though it looked like ya were missing a few pieces :-). |

| Hey Ducky, your pics came out a little blurry like mine did on my previous report. I don't know what you are using but I have found that .gif for the final format works better. I convert my PCX screen shots to a BMP then edit, then convert to .gif. I found that when I convert to .jpg, they came out blurry especically if there is text involved. I am just a simple man using MS paint and Microsoft photo editor.(ya know the one that came with MS office). Anyay, just giving you a tip so they won't be as blurry next time. Nice BR BTW!! |

You made me an "honorary rater" I'm talking about rating reports, with teh gold, silver, and crap...err...bronze... I've been submitting pretty good reports for a while now, and I've posted some bullshit br's cuz I was pissed at bnet too, but I've gotten to the point where I think I deserve it. So there.

Well I don't know if I'm for another rater... there are already a few bad apples who give me 9.0s instead of 10.0s.

I just looked at the stats on the site though, and I'd say it's a great idea that so many people have put alot of effort into their latest reports. The site has had way over a million hits, probably 1.5 million... unless I am reading it wrong. And there have been nearly 70,000 completely different individuals causing those hits. Basically, I think that alot more people read here than actually post replies, and you can take joy in the fact that you're getting read by so many people.
On the days that Infoceptor or Starcraft.ORG posted links to my reports, daily hits have been over 20,000 and sometimes over 30,000.
This is cool because it means that supreme effort WITH results will be noticed. The more polished it is, the more people that will notice. My guess is, that if you are getting high gold scores, hundreds of people have read your report.
Rubber Ducky, if you want my advice on gaining priviledges, don't ask... just keep delivering the goods, and eventually someone will offer. I didn't even ask to become a rater, but they offered after the FFA report.
I appreciate the opportunity to entertain, and that's why I asked people to try to develop banner clicking habits. It takes so little effort, can be done every day, and helps to prove Mark4 wrong... and he hates being wrong. It seems that banner clicking has gone up about 500% since I started bitching at everyone about it, and for that, I thank you all, and will write the next FFA report... I hope I can live up to the high expectations that people have for it.
There is the cool possibility of Diablo reports when DII comes out... 4 vs 4 team duels and stuff. Ducky has shown that other games can be reported in entertaining fashion as well. This site is just a great hangout, and I hope that it continues to get support, because I simply love surfing here.
It's great to look down the page and see all the gold awarded reports... and they all truly deserve it. Write on fellow gamers! You are my role models.

Question: how do 4 Probes kill 5 Tanks? Answer: Load them into Shuttles, drop 1-at-a-time into 12 Tanks. Bahaha. The game had a lot to do with luck. More accurately, Ducky's good luck and my lack thereof. I sent the Shuttle right because I figured he thought I was heading left and was trying to hit my base...but he ran the Marines back and killed the Shuttle. :o( And then when he attacked my exp at 6:00 when I had 3 DT's...I was planning on sending them to top-left, at Ducky's DETECTIONLESS EXPANSION. Oh well. Luck. :D Only I know how to make Templar die like flies...the first assault was bloody. :o( OK, nobody knows what I'm talking about except Ducky and Krebster. LOL. Anyway...I left because my dad got back from Chicago and walked in the door and made me get off so we could leave. Meow. :o( |
