Sorry you don't like it, but hey, that's cool everyone to his own...I think the game is totally worth it, it's kinda like the classic SNES game Chrono Trigger except with better graphics...Download the demo at www.lith.com/septerra if you're interested...if the demo is as good as the game, you'll buy it =)
Ciao!

ack..1 more thing, the next Br should have some more in-game screenshots...the people who made this game LOVE lighting effects (which I also love) so some of the in game shots are INCREADABLE!

Not seriously... right?
Great job. I can never get enough of RPG fiction. I just enjoy the bad stuff less. I like the action, and the amount of detail you can put in a fiction is incredible. Its just the enviroments and just about everything! |

Nice report bro'. Pics' were nice too.
One thing that made me wonder tho', the woman in the picture at the end, her head is bigger than her stumach, that can't be healthy.
Well, nice report anyway.. Hehe.

Medic'ater: good to see you again man! =) About Led (the girl at the end) she just works out a lot ;)
Supergeneral: yup, I love RPG fiction, I'm real exited about writing the next chapter.
Talon: Um..I never knew I had that effect on people =P It's good to see you again!

I've been playing a combination of Spyro2, Turismo2, and mostly HalfLife lately.
Halflife is the best first person Quake type game I've ever played... and at 1200x900 or so with 30 FPS and buffering, it's looking great on my monitor. Team fortress has to be one of the coolest things I've ever played...
Usually, I love RPGs when they give you alot of freedom, and I don't like 1st person shooters, but this game has an atmosphere about it, and a great story that is out there, but makes sense.
I am looking forward to TeamFortress2, Baldurs Gate2, Diablo2, in the near future. It's pretty unlikely that I'd buy this game, because what the Japanese do right in graphics and story (except do they friggin clone their japanimators? since everything looks the same, just worse or better?) Anyway, for all the prettiness of Japanese RPGs, they really never give you freedom to pick your character and customize it, let alone have freedom throughout the game. They think freedom is having side paths that you sortof don't have to do along a purely linear game. I know that Baldur's Gate forces you into certain cercumstances, but you have alot of freedom in alot of aspects of the game.
In spite of my feelings, this was a well done report, and a nice addition to the growing list of reports by Nobody. |

thanks for the comments YRM...it's good to hear from you =)
One good thing about this game is that there are 9 different characters to choose from. All the NPCs react to each character in a different way, so I thought this game had a lot more character (no pun intended =P) than most. I totally see what you are saying though...and Baldur's gate2/diablo2 will be excellent =)
Ciao!

Ya okay nobody. I'll be on right now ... it's 9:30 est =] We need griever and iced though ... =P
And tritoch, it's easy. While in the multiplayer game, just go to menu and there's a save option. Then you can load the game just like a single player game. |

Wonderful work of literature so far. You are very talented, using words to weave a story as effortlessly as a craftsman, long into his profession, would weave a wicker basket. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I look foward to reading the finished product. Much luck and may the stars be your guide.
