Owwww, it sounds like you were playing with him, just put him out of his misery and go find another game :)
If he makes a mistake by not expanding punish him sooner rather than later... |

| Usually when people don't expand on that map...I just keep hitting their peon line. Then they have to rebuild...yadda yadda yadda....so much fun |

The no Observers shit is hilarious, too bad most people don't forget to build them anymore. 'Member back in the days of 1.0 :) "Those things Suck! They dont even fight!"

Just another overconfident Protoss that needs a good beat-down.
"huh huh, I got DT's, huh huh, they're invisible, huh....hey! you killed them! cheater!!!!!!!!" (disconnect) |

| Bwahahaha. The Mighty Terrans shall overcome. |

now where's Cyrix and Pr()t()$$ or whatever with their "terrans can't beat Protoss! it's an imbalance!" bull shit? yeah that's right Flint kicked their ass and he was the "wimpy" Terran.
PS I'm pissed because I'm suspended for the last three days of school |

| I feel there are no imbalances in the game....there is a counter for everything and counters to counter them. It all depends on what is on the battlefield! I also would'nt really call this a Terran vs Toss deathmatch either, where the mighty Flint beats down the Godly Toss once and for all. This guy I played in no WAY at all represents a real Toss player (Note the lack of....OBSERVERS!!!!!). They can be beaten though....It's the skill level of the player...not the race. I beat a zerg player the other day who said after, "Well, It's proven...Zerg can't beat Terran." Yeah right buddy, Note: He never attacked me once the whole game, how did he expect to win? I said to him, "What about a well done lurker rush?". His reply, "Hahahahaha.....6 bats and a comstat can beat the lurker rush!". With that I eliminated him and left him to his newbie way of thought. He did'nt lose because he was Zerg.....he lost because I was a more skilled player than him. When I lose....I don't look at the other players race...I look at his skill. I love losing to Terran as that helps me improve the most, but nobody in my public games uses them. Thanks for the great comments everyone! BTW: I am not going to rally to the cause of defending terran against people who think Toss is the best by setting up matches on battlenet. I don't think it's dignified as it will only push the stupid imbalence issue further. Sure, you may be able to beat me with your Toss...but could you beat Vegas or Preator with their Terran? I just play people not caring what race they are and trying to improve my skills as I still have a lot to learn :) . |

| Well I hope you keep playing as and improving with Terran as opposed to certain people who give up on them because of their own lack of ability (*cough* Cyrix *cough*). We can use you, soldier. There's plenty of alien scum that needs to be waxed. |
| #10 PR()T()$$[1499] |
|
| That toss guy obviously sucked and besides I've beatend Flint's terran b4:) Good BR though. |
| #11 =CyriX=[1500] |
|
| Yah, my terran sux. After I stopped playing them for like 2 weeks I stated to suck again cuz b4 that I was pretty decent and could easily beat tossies in public, not in NH though. I still however feel that a good terran player stands very little chance against a good toss player. |
| #12 ralessi[1504] |
|
Yeah, it sounded like this player sucked... I mean, he didn't expand, he didn't even make any goons!!! hehe, he sucked bad =(. Toss still rapes terran =(. Zerg still loses to terran =(. heh
|
| #13 JSH[1506] |
|
| Well, I imagine that's what happens when one race is perceived to be the best. Lots of average and below average players flock to it (in this case Toss) thinking that they'll get wins handed to them. So there's plenty of Toss players like this Spanish guy that need the smack laid on them for thinking such foolish thoughts. Then we can laugh at them and ruin their ego as they're dying, because they lost to the wimpy humans. Haha. |

| Indeed my good JSH! Yes...The above mentioned Pr()t()$$ did beat me on temple. It was my 3rd time playing temple and I panicked right off the bat. I failed to get early enough detection and lost...nothing spectualar...just lost to DT. I would most likely lose to you again on temple at the moment. But give me a while to increase my skills and maybe I'll give you a run for your money. I really don't agree with you on this one Ral. If every game was decided on the race that you pick....I would take the game right now and throw it out the window. It's skill, not race...and the game is so dynamic that you can do anything! Would'nt Starcraft be fun if everyone played one race? *Puke* I feel that a really well played Terran can be a very dangerous foe....but almost nobody wants to invest time into them. I love playing terran in public games....people always think, "Newbie time!!! Terran sucks" Gives me an edge :) . Don't underestimate anyone right off the bat. |
| #15 Mind Twist[1527] |
|
| Yeah, it's skill. If I had skill, I'd win :) I have no skill, so I lose, no matter what race, so NYAH |
