so how many games did u have to go trough until you find a guy that dies to an early zealot rush. He must have sucked a lot to lose 4 probes and a zealot to 1 zealot.
You might get off on pounding on ppl that are not that good, but it doesnt make for a good br. And it doesnt show any skill on your part either ....
and no i dont think zealots own dragoons ...

Errrr...this report really sucked...Why would you play someone who only builds 1 pylon the entire game???? And how is it possible for 1 z to be greater than so many units???? It doesnt make any sense. Also, the pics sucked. 2~3

P.S. Z's w/ speed upgrades/crack/cocaine/nike shoes do own drags, cause after drags get down to z health, they only do half damage (10), but the z still does max damage. |

Alright. I'll answer some of your comments.
1."Use a mac". First of all, I hate macs. Macs should burn like the scum they are...
2."Z's do not own Drags..." Let's get something straight here. Now, say you attack a base. There is a dragoon waiting for you.What do you do? Attack it. Now as you may know, Zealots attack slightly faster than Dragoons. So therfore, it's possible.
3."You can't take out 4 probes, 1 zealot and 1 goon with 1 zealot". YES I CAN. IT'S CALLED DANCING.I killed the goon with a little life left. I have perfected the dance tactic. For those of you who don't know what dancing is, it's when you use a unit to to quick hit-and-run attacks. So with my zealot down to about 5 shields and 30 health, I danced with the other zealot.heh. That didn't sound right...anyway, I killed it and only took 20 damage. So I killed the other probes. BOOYA!
4. "He's stupid for building 1 pylon" Yes he is. He's incredibly stupid. I don't know how he got those 50+ wins... Luck? Anyway,that's his fault.
5. "the captions sucked." Ya. They sucked big time. That's not my fault. My fried(*cough*rommel*cough) did the html tagging for me. He also adds the alt-texts.They are usually really funny...but he didnt' do so good this time. DAMN HIM!
6."use something besides MS paint." Alright, I understand this one.The captions would have been really funny, but the pics screwed up in HTML tagging. I can't be blamed for that one. Also, I hate MS paint. I hate it to death. But at the time, it was all I had. Being 15 years old(With no life) and having 4 younger siblings, things happen. My younger brother threw Photo shop in the recycle bin, then emptied it. Sorry to dissapoint you all. I swear my next one will be used with PhotoShop.
Thanks to all of you(Even the ones whom I would rather forget) who wrote the comments. I assure you, these comments will help me make a better Battle Report.

Patton, Patton, Patton, chill out dude. You have to understand, that all of your reports have been one-sided borefests, where you put down your opponents and act in a jerkish manner.
Know while I dislike people that come off with real bad insults, they do have some merit to them. Your ego is one of the highest I've seen on this site. And if you want that ego to match your battle reports, then you need to play better players.
It's obvious in your first couple of reports that they were false, badly done by the way, and that all you were trying to do was say "Hey everyone, look how gosu I am!" No one likes a smart ass, especially one that has just started doing battle reports. And even worse, ones that are false. Now I do beleive this last one did happen, but still, you had that air of "I'm the gosu god of Starcraft" mentallity about yourself. And whether or not you are really that good, no one likes to see someone put themselves on a pedestal and expect everyone to cheer for him.
Some advice. Go into the search engine and call up these names and read their reports over and over again. WilliamWarcraft3, Mark4, AQD3, ::Nobody::, Fractal_Wave, and Bob_the_Newt. These people have observed some great games that could have went either way right up til the end. Now while your writing is decent, and your pics will come along eventually, I think by reading those previous mentioned artists, you will get the idea.
You have potential to do some good battle reports, but you need to check your ego at the door, if you want to be taken seriously.
I hope that my comments here will not fall on deaf ears. |

Hey, this is a comment for Sid6.9
First off, thanks for the comments. Yes, my br's have been less than satifactory. And yes, most people I play are chobo. MOST. I can't help it. It's just fun to torture newbies =). As for the first 3 being made up, that's not true. The first was real, but only had 1 pic. The 2nd one was also real, but, thanks to some computer problems, my pics were not saved. So, I threw in some pics that had the same general Idea. The third with Rommel is real, entirely real. We lost,sadly.
As for my ego, I'll try to keep it in check =). What's wrong with a little self-promoting? And my 4th br had the possibility to be good, but the pics were too small, and Rommel added some sorry Alt-Texts.
And about the other players you mentioned... I meant in no way to offend them or anyone else. I consider them much better at br's than me, because they are. They have written the most compelling br's I've seen. And even they,at one time, had to start off SOMEWHERE.
So, just saying thanks for the comments and not biting my ass off like the other commenters.If you have any comments or concerns, just put em here. I check often, so I'll see it sure enough.

We have this kid, who thinks he's the second Zileas (though I think Grr... microes better), thinks he is the SC-zeal dancing god (on a random note: YOU DON'T DANCE WITH SO FEW ZEALOTS) plus writes a totally sucking BR. Hmm, I propose I play you some time, Dref (or any other good Br'er) br's it. Now how does that sound to you.
Besides, 5 and a half minute is not very fast for a zealots rush kill. But then again, you were Zileas weren't you, so how would I know.

Nope i dont like it at all. From what i could see he was producing out of 3 gates and had alot of tech for so early in the game. Looks to me you just got a guy who wanted to tech realy hard but didnt set up a defence first.

Don't BR every game you play, or reports like this happen, and it's just not kosher. You showed the zealot with 5 kills, and said it killed four probes and a zealot, and the zealot was standing in the peon line with 4-5 probes left...That guy must really have sucked with only 8-9 probes and a zealot already warped in, and on top of that he's losing...I kinda lost my point, but what I'm trying to say is he had eight probes and a gateway and I think an assimilator warped in, so he had to be a newbie, and think 8-9 probes was all you needed for a working base.
I dunno, maybe you do have a good zealot rush, but /join clan ~nohunters and play some of the people in there to see if it really is good, or you get lucky a lot. |
