I can tell you what you did wrong as far as formatting is concerned. You forgot your </table> tag.
As for the report itself, it was nice to see someone venture out onto some maps other than Lost temple, and its obvious that you spent some time working on graphics and such. However, the game quality was really bad and you need to work on coming up with a consistent layout that isn't all over the page.
