When I read that you had turned all your mutas into devourers, it didn't strike me as funny. But when I saw that mini-map... wow. That really cracked me up. It's the perfect combination of skilled overkill and really stupid strategy. I'll bet it's exactly what some newbies would do if they were capable of really macroing.
Ahh...it feels good to laugh that hard.
And while I don't think it's kosher to advertise for newbies when you're a veteran, I doubt the newbie in question viewed the game as a bad experience. Usually newbies just complain about rushing (and "rushing"--attacking during the first 10 minutes). If they have the chance to play for a while and build 60 cannons, they're a lot more satisfied than if they lose in 5 minutes. |
