IF he did a 10 hatch, 11 pool, then 2 sunkens at his choke, he kill fend off even a 1 zealot rush. the hatch should be done by the time first zealot arrives, then at least 6 lings should be hatched. When the hatch is almost done, send 2 drones over immediately for sunkens and zerg is fine.
That's what I just did against a toss expert turtler in ladder just now. =) 25 pts for me easy.
