Cool - talk about old school revival :). I haven't seen a "lessons learned" section in a loooong time.
Ignore Psyonic-Reaver's picture obsession, btw ;). You don't need pictures to make a good BR. This one was good without it, except for the usual typos and misspellings. Just edit your work a little better and shake off the rust like I had to do :). The replay will help fill in some of the gaps, but there's nothing wrong with a first person BR either.

In some European versions of SC, you can actually UNresearch infantry armor and get it to -1. This makes the medics naked.
That's really one of the only times that screenshots would help a BR. We've seen it all before...

Ok, this makes no sense whatsoever. You say that you were recalling the game from memory and that it happened a while ago, right? Then, in the comments, you say that you played it "last night." Which one is correct?
Anyways, nice report. A bit one-sided in my opinion, maybe because you expanded a lot on what was happening when you attacked, but just "mentioned" most of the times that your opponent attacked. I don't really know.
In an all-text report it would be better (I'm just assuming stuff here) to type it in Works or Word so that you can use spell-checker. As the only html used was to do with font colours, this would make your "proofing" time a lot shorter. And as you're complaining about "no time for pictures" I think this would suit you nicely.

Nice report, even if it is text only. I was sorta reading it in a hazey state of mind, but i could follow it. Lots of old school terms.... I like "Nuclear medicine" :]
I think im just lazy and dont read text-only br's, but this was worth it. Nice writing, if you got some pictures to go with it, it would have gotten gold, no doubt.
Oh, one more thing, u dont need colored names on a text only, those help out with deciding whos who on the pictures (no more having to type in the damn tag everytime u see their name) |

Hey wassup, reminds me of my old crappy reports, except this was much better =/. All you saying it's all text, that sucks, and whatnot, STFU already. Get over it. They should have an option so that you can tell the raters not to grade it. It makes writing reports too competetive.
Just a question, how many of you play tribes 2, or tribes? Do you know the game? I was wondering if I should do a tribes 2 br, considering that it's possibly the best game ever made =), and I play in competetive ladder games. |
