This was a really nice first try. Allot better than the shoddy effort some people put into there first BR's..
Keep posting them, my few qualms with this BR was the layout. The white background was a little annoying, and the layout of the pictures and 'subtitles' was a little skew.. Other than that, it was nice, a few grammar/spelling errors of course.
Id give it something like a 6 or 7.
Oh yeah, and collages(sp?) Are nice too, if you have the programs to make them.

| I tried to put a black background with white text, as well as black backgrounds and white text to the collages, but for some reason, the submit report thing didn't recognize <body bgcolor=black> or I'm doing something wrong. As for the collages, I'm a newb at Fireworks and don't have Photoshop. I'll try to learn it some day. As for spelling and grammar problems, I did this in the whee hours of the morning and tried to correct as many as possible. There were some intentional grammar mistakes (evil huntresses of evil), though. |

This was a kick ass report for a first one. The only suggestions I have are try and explain the battles with a little more detail next time. Pictures are great but they don't bring you into the battle like a good text description. Also, if you are going to reference points on the map that much and since these maps are still unfamiliar to most people, a few minimap updates would be great. All in all very good job and I hope to see more.

excellent br. The writing was rather good for the most part, yet I'd advise you to not br one of your own games in 3rd person. It doesn't sound that good ;).
The images were great. In the end the br became a touch confusing ( the turnaround was very rapid indeed ) but not enough to overly effect the rating. 8 for your first br, quite good. |

| #8, it won't work cuz you aren't working with an html page. the site is the body, your report is run in a table. So you have to use the table tag for background stuff |

Cool battle report!! Really good for a first. I can't wait until my computer gets upgraded so I can actually play Warcraft III (Yes, it will not run on my computer with the $60.00 I put in to it!!). I might even be able to play you!! Not likely. But, I am sure to first of all- #1 Go online for the first game so I can lose like hell and be the first battle report losing person.
#2 Play a good game and win and forget to save the replay and not br on it ^_^
And finally #3 Observe a game so I can see how bad I really am, oh, and battle report that too! (If it is good enough.)

I don't know if you can follow me here, but it seemed like the sentences stopped very suddenly in a bunch of places, try making it flow better.
And do you know what a comma is?
Enough bad stuff, the game was nice, and the huge abominations and disease clouds mixed with huntress made for good action pics, instead of the "units standing around" thing.
I think a 7 would be "appropriate" but thats mainly due to the weird sentences mentioned earlier.
Just keep it up, and gogo black background :) |

Rather than acting as if I'm a rater and thus giving a rating based on the raters' system, I'm going indulge in my self-centered nature and give a "rating" so incomprehensible and vague that no one will know what I'm talking about, and therefore dismiss me. One!
If you must know, my ratings are in binary. You know, it's what computers use. A little switch is either on or off, so the only numbers are zero (off) and one (on). Same thing goes with my viewing of battle reports. Either I enjoyed reading it, or it was a chore. |
