After deciding to actualkly read it before posting here, so my 2nd becomes fifth but really who cares ;P
Anyway, this is brilliant, 9.5-10 great humor, good report on the featured report, although the others were a little thin i know that was the point, and the graphics are just great and make it feel so great.
One thing, it might have felt a little better if each page fitted into the main frame without scrolling down, then the kinda game look would have been better, but that's only a little thing.

| Uhm #9 don't talk shit, i think this took a whole lot of time, look at the breaks in between, making games only for posing. Furthermore all the ideas, i don't think they just come up, u got to think about that. After all it's pretty long and the writing is excellent, i couldn't see any spelling errors. Bon, pour une fois, pas besoin de se prendre la tête. Ca le fait toujours de céder à la facilité de temps en temps.
Je connais malheureusement très peu d'américains. Les 3 seuls concernés étaient tout à fait dépourvus de ce caractère. Ce qui voudrait dire que cette opération a été faite il y a plus de 50 ans ... - enfin : ce n'est pas I-bashar. A l'origine, je ne devais m'appeler que Bashar (en hommage à Herbert, et son génie millitaire : le Bashar Nal Teg). Malheureusement, le surnom était déjà pris sur Battle.net. J'ai du me rabattre sur InfestedBashar, qui me permettait par ailleurs de jouer Zerg. Lassé de ce nom par sa longueur et son manque de "son" (et puis aussi le fait qu'infested, ça me plaisait plus trop). Quand il a fallu entrer un nouveau nom, j'ai pensé à IR (ou |R), l'ensemble des réels (comme IN les entiers naturels, /Z les relatifs, |C les complexes ...) d'où le IB. Ca me permet donc de m'appeler Bashar tout court tout en faisant référence aux maths et en créant une jolie lettre (en fait, ça rend BEAUCOUP mieux dans la fenêtre de création de perso sur bnet. Le I n'est qu'une barre très fine, toute collée au B)

I must be killing my picture server. I tried testing with the pics on br.com's servers, but this only worked for IE. Netscape seems to have problems with dynamically generated picture URLs in a JavaScript page. I guess I'll go ahead and move the pictures to br.com's servers completely and Netscape be damned -- shout out if this will be a tragedy for you. The fix should be in place by tomorrow.

Timid: Dryads can be stunned by the Bash ability of the Mountain King (which is not considered magical), however they are not susceptible to a stun from Storm Bolt. |

i got caught up the other day trying to read it and stopped half way through. from what i already saw i knew this was a starting 10, and has good reason to stay that way. BTW, I had no trouble with viewingv resolution, whatever... (everything worked great) the cool thing about these combined reports is that they take a game that can sometimes reward thoughtless behavior (like massing hunts instead of mixing units) and turn an occassionally shallow game into a really interesting read. (by the time WC3 is patched a bunch, and people get better at it, the higher level games may turn out to be deeper than they generally are now)

I'm glad people are enjoying the report -- It was originally just supposed to be on the Smurf finals, but once I'd seen the games, I realized that the format (which was already done, commercials and all) needed a much better battle to be worth the effort. So I solicited tons of unposted replays in hopes of finding a close game, and finally got the SnakeRage match.
The format is essentially an expansion of the format I invented in the Java BR last year, but keeping it in HTML gives it tons more flexibility. If I ever do another one, I'll keep pushing in this direction.

My only question is how did you manage to get the final stat screen after the game to show units killed etc.. like starcraft? Or did you just make that yourself with adobe?

| my comp went to the shop for a couple days. couldn't believe my eyes when i saw a new CB report! great format. hilarious and the pics were just awesome. i like the effect of angled images in most cases, but you have to make sure you dont block any of what your trying to show. so GJ there. |

| Every time I look at it I kept thinking something was missing. I think it's Hero health stats. I'd like to know how well (or not) someone used their hero and how it might affect the game later. Low mana = no spells, died quick in next battle because of low health, etc. Like minimaps in br; you don't need them but they're nice to have. |

Nice one... This one you really took advantage of JavaScript. Makes me think of the old "You Don't Know Jack" computer trivia games. If you haven't played them, I think you should get them; you would really enjoy their spoofing and humor.
