Nice work; very suspenseful. There were some text problems -- mainly with homonyms, and sometimes it was unclear which expansions was happening where (maybe a couple more minimaps?). Some of the pics were confusing too, since every war3 reporter likes to abuse Zoom :D I've never seen a NE tech to bears without getting to bear form. I'll be interesting to see how your style evolves against better and better opponents. 8.5.

His report showed quite well his mindset during the game as well as very detailed descriptions of the battles.

The report had some problems tho, mainly some style confusion and sometimes a little weak grammer/spelling etc.
That been said, it was a good, and above all, long read. you might just have gotten a little too many details covered, but thats just my own personal taste.
The pictures were huge and showed the action well, the only problem is the very critical lack of minimaps.

I really enjoyed reading this report.
Spelling errors, calling druids bears when bear-form not researched, other unit name errors ? grammar errors. Sometimes the locations you were referring to, images could have been clearer and better used to show the fighting, and for that reason I think you had too many pictures since they didnt always work for the report.
Where your report was just excellent was in describing the strategy and tactics. I felt as if I had a clear picture (I saw it in my head, I didnt need so many pictures) of what was going on ALL THE TIME. Your ability to keep readers in the game is good. Though I wasnt always sure what exp. you referred to, I knew why, and how you had to defend it, by what you said.
Great report, thanks for the reference to the replays, I would join your clan to play with someone who thinks as clearly as you, regularly, sadly that is not an option.

You kept referring to bears, but they are called druids unless they are currently in bear form, and since there was no bear upgrade all game, then that wouldn't be the case. | For some reason this BR was just really captivating. You described everything in pretty much the perfect detail level, not too much, not too little. The game itself was very exciting, and when you would give us a preview of how the game would go it would enhance that part instead of detracting from it. I don't know what it was, but this report just all around kicked ass, 'cept for maybe the spelling/grammar errors previously mentioned. You mentioned that this site was biased toward Starcraft and Warcraft 3 battlereports in the comment section of your fourth EE battlereport.
Well, you tried to make a Starcraft battlereport. It had the same flaws as your previous EE reports. It was rated similarly.
I can almost guarentee that you'd have a tough time obtaining a gold rating on a Warcraft 3 battlereport, since you are more interested in looking for excuses than attempting to confront the flaws in your writing, image editing, quality of game choice, etc.

and yes im well aware that a druid of the claw is not technically a "bear" until its researched bear form and morphs but druid of the claw kinda is to long to write a bajillion times, and I already acronymize w.e. mk dh a.m. and all that so i just wanted to write "bear" , also i blatantly told you what was reasearched and when and they are always druids in the pics so ~ thought it was obvious, ill be more technical next time though :)

Those buildings are called ancients of lore, not elders of lore. But at least the NE wasn't a mass hunt player (I also usually go dual Ancients of Lore, but I remember to get the necessary upgrades for bear form), and even w/o bears he did decently well.
Writing wasn't perfect, but pretty much everything else was. Well done. |

| Yea,I fergot to mention about just typing DoTC...anyways dotrc do around 20 damage,wich is okay since they can heal themselves for 400 hp in 12 seconds wich costs 120 mana...and giving them a 25% bonus attack with roar...but in bear form,you get like umm 400 hp...2 more armor...37 average attack I think...If only the NE player had the upgrades needed for bear form...and microwed his bears to turn back to Dotc for like 50 mana and cast spells and turn back to bear for 25 mana...so it would cost 175 mana to heal your unit.....IMA BE A SUPER NEWBIE! once I get the game... |

yes you can use web for the purpose of possession.
I play mostly as NE and why Im up against UD i would say more then 50% of the time they use banshees.
I rarely use storm crow because the only 2 reasons I would build an ancient of wind is when a)I go crymars(almost never) or b) in a NE vs NE matchup so I can get hyppograph riders(huntresses cant hit air) and I rarely do that.
Archers/dryads do fine against air units.
If you are going to go the cyclone route and you see a bunch of air..then of course youwould change them into crow form as they are one of the best anti air units.
Sentinal takes care of scouting for you so to scout with them is ineffient(sp?)
You would be a SuperNewbie when you get the game lol.

I would rather the necro's raise the dead because of free exp with dryads dispell or Wand of Negation. + wisp die way to easy.
I generally have 2 AOW or 2 AOL and will uproot one if I need to for defense(generally only against human within first 3 min of game-footie rush.) The other one will pump units..if an orc tower rushes you on plunder isle..i slap an aow on either side of the towers..with my hero and the two 1000 hit point buildings i can fight it off and then rush there base for the win.(freakin orcs die die!!)
As to shadowmeld...its good for harassment but when its used against me i just use one unit to stay back per each shadowmelder unit and go creep or attack their base. In battles it works extremely well as if they focus fire on one unit and its night you hide the unit instead of having it run away and sometimes you cant run away due to other units blocking it.

Archers and dryads both do 150% to heavy armored units + the archer can get additional damage upgrades(and range if you have tree of eternity) and should already be upgraded due to upgrading your huntresses.
Basically its a matter of time. The time it takes to plop down an ancient of wind or 2 then build the dott and upgrade them to use crow form..you can have about 10 archers by then if you have 2 aow and several dryads as well(+ dryads have slow poison so they cant run away.)

I had an undead player tech quickly to frostys vs me, all he used so far were mass ghouls...i had gone a double aow and single aol(a bit later) against him and scouted enough to see his hidden (nothing is hidden with good scouting) tech. I upgraded to tree of eternity built nothing but archers and upgraded their damage..kept him from expanding(like i do all game vs undead) and when he finally attacked my dryads/archers hit his air while my remaining huntresses and DH attacked his hero/ghouls.
No a laptop with 88 ram cannot run WAR3..at least not in the least bit smooth. New comps are cheap..but I dont know your financial situation |

| btw gargoyles own all air units..so if you built dott against frostys and he only had about half the amount of gargoyles(maybe even less then half and if he had stone form researched he could beat you with 1/4th the amount) to your dott he would still kill them and you wouldnt have any anti ground units. |

Another thing I dont understand is that why wont the wisp thing work?...you have your army of huntresses and dryads or whatever fighting skeles,and the wisps just go and blow em up...I dont understand why wisps cant take on skeles,if skeles have 180 hp,from what I read on a BR,and wisps have 210 hp...and skeles do around 15 damage?...and wisps and just blow up and kill several....then extra wisps go out and drain necros mana?...hrm another thing,when I read about heroes dueling in early game,and how there spells determine who wins,why dont people just rush a couple of wisps and detonate taking out the mana of the enemy hero,allowing you to get him with your own...but I dont have the game,so I dont know what its like,so I cant really say anything |

Anyone ever use the Night Elf/Orc swing strategy?
Where right off at the start,the orc gives the night elf 100 wood,wich allows the night elf to quickly get huntresses and a hero to rush,while the orc player just builds some towers in his base,after the night elf takes a player out with huntresses,then the night elf gives money to the orc to quickly tech to blood lust...and you know the rest |

but it was a good report, i enjoyed reading it and it made me wanna play some war3 ^^. i would bash some_god a bit but everyone else beat me to it and totally crushed the little bugger so ill just go along with the general bnet cliche that anyone whose views dont coinside with my is a homosexual ;/ GG some_moron.
