| Was it because it was a 3v3 Pub or the fact it was a Hunter map? I tried a hunter map myself once and out teched everyone. This coming from the guy that is the first gone in every 2v2 big-leage game he has ever been in. |

you know flint, maybe if you hadn't been all over yellow he could've finished his brilliant strategy, i'm guessing mass probes because of the lack of gateways. guess we'll never know now, huh?
anyway, report was funny as hell, terran infantry vs. cannons= many small bloodstains.

The cute part about those games: if the three opponents had triple rushed you your allies would've thought you were a newbie (yup.. a zerg fighting off a 3 on 1. Any newbie could pull that off) :P |

I feel your pain....those games can get very ugly, very quickly. Look at the good side though, you didn't stumble intop a game created by a 1350 ladder player and two of his best friends and end up with your allies not making ANY more probes (3 on minerals, 1 on gas)
Anyway, that was funny, I liked it, and oh, hope you took notes on those wonderful strats your allies showed you |

Funny as always Flint.
I joined a game the other day that I just couldn't resist. "1-1 you have no chance" on BGH... He talked smack the whole chat time, and during the first few minutes of the game. Basically, he fed my archons groups of 12 mutas until I had expanded twice and had 200 supply and every unit possible... during which time, I popped all his overlords about 3 times, just for fun... my doom fleet/drop was on its way when he disconnected.
Gotta love the hunters crowd. |

That is pretty sad. I think I'm an awful player when I read BRs from most of this site about NH games. But that was pretty sad...=P
On a slightly different tack, I have played quite a few human vs comp public games, and although they are generally not challenging (unless you find 3 people who can barely play and you get to hold off 3 of the 4 comps) I have never found that kind of concentration of laughable playing;-)
(Of course, one time I was actually the power player. That did not bode well, but the humans won because I controlled the center of the map with a mass of dragoons and a couple observers while the comps dashed their divided forces against them forever. That was kind of fun.) |
