Welcome to Mog's first ever decent Battle Report. What you must do right now, is go away. I made this BR absurdly image heavy (as the title suggest). There are nearly two megabytes of pictures for viewing here. For the less computer literate that is the size of a small program. So go now, grab a snack, go for a jog, whatever, and come back soon.

Honestly, if you are reading this and the pictures aren't all loaded I will kill you. Well, not really.

The map was Dark Temple. Gosh, this map isn't overplayed in the least now, is it? That's what I thought. On to the goods now!

Red a.k.a. Ahscar-X got Zerg. Bob_the_Newt and I believe he selected it last second.
White a.k.a. Amplitude-X also got Zerg, but he randomed.

Purple a.k.a. [HS]Merlin was the third and final Zerg.
Yellow a.k.a. [HS]Persian drew Protoss.

Ahs-X opted for an early expansion but at the bottom of his choke for easy gas extraction whilst the creep would still go above the cliff. A very nice move that I have never seen before (but then again I am a newbie). Amp-X built 0 defense, and 0 attackers to get a lair absurdly fast. I suspected mutas. [HS]Pers went with the standard Protoss build order, a double gate to pylons to gas. He also produced many zealots to rush. [HS]Merlin went for a funny sunken rush vs Ahs-X.

No conflicts are established for a small period of time, everybody just builds up. [HS]Pers grabs a small attack squad of 4 or so zeals and a goon and attacks Ahs-X for the second blood.

Once again, there is no counter attack, a small build up time.

Amplitude-X takes his natural:

Now things start to get exciting. Amp-X goes to harass [HS]Merlin with his constantly growing muta squad. Unfortunately for Amp-X, [HS]Merlin threw down two spores before the mutas rolled onto the scene. These mutas did kill an essential hatchery outside of Spore range, however.

Somewhere, Ahs-X lost his natural expansion hatchery (the one I talked about earlier) well guess what happens:

Once again, we have a build up period. [HS]Pers has not really been doing much. Besides the odd harass on Ahscar-X he has just been turtling =(. Amplitude-X throws down a second Spire. Amplitude-X then takes a brief look at [HS]Merlin and sees no ground defense. The following ensues:

Ahscar-X begins amassion (is that a word?) of Hydralisks while Amp-X's Mutas linger in the middle of the map. [HS]Persian gets a couple High Templar because he is smart. However, even this was not enough to stop the rampaging Zerg:

*A-X = ownage

*I can make BR's w/o the help of my kick ass web editor

*I like making big images
