Imports vs. Team ER
Game 1

The Map: Lost Temple
The Players

Imports:
Atlas!: Selects White Protoss at 3:00.
{i}jester: Selects Orange Terran at 6:00.

Team ER
Radive1: Selects Teal Protoss @ 9:00.
EnlargedTestie: Randoms to Purple Protoss @ 12:00.

Early Game

Atlas! begins the game with a standard build order, going Pylon, Gateway, Gateway, Pylon, Pylon, Gateway, Pylon.
{i}jester builds a Supply Depot, a Barracks, a second Barracks, another Depot, a third Barracks and then another depot.
The Imports look to be building towards a powerful double rush against Team ER

Radive1's build begins much like Atlas!'s. Radive builds a Pylon, two Gateways, a Pylon, and Assimilator, and then a Cybernetic Core.
EnlargedTestie's build begins with a Pylon, two Gateways, followed by an Assimilator and a Cybernetics Core.
Team ER looks to be aiming for some sort of tech, possible the Terran-killing Dark Templar. Howeve, they are not scrimping on rush defense. Both Radive and ET have around four Zealots at their disposal.

All is quiet on the western front, until...

{i}Jester: let's get purple

Jester moves out 11 marines against purple, with 8 zealots from Atlas!. Luckiliy for Team ER, EnlargedTestie has his six zealots at the choke to his natural, not at his ramp. They see Atlas!'s zealots, and retreat up the ramp. ET calls for help from Radive1, who sends 6 zealots of his own to hit the Imports from behind.

All-out war breaks out around the 12:00 choke. Radive's zealots swarm in from the rear, while the Imports attempt to force EnlargedTestie's ramp. Atlas! pulls some zealots back from the ramp battle to cover Jester's marines. When the dust finally settles, Atlas!'s three-gateway zealots has paid off. He makes it up ET's ramp with eight Zealots, and begins pounding on ET's gateways.

EnlargedTestie is in serious trouble. He has two dragoons, a zealot, and his probes, against the eight zealots of atlas. With some careful dancing of his limited milltary troops, he drives Atlas! off, though losing a gateway in the process. Another reason Atlas! retreated from a seemingly winning position is that Radive is coming with reinforcing Zealots. Perhaps he is waiting for more marines from Jester. Whatever the reason, Atlas! loses the ramp to ET.

Jester plays his trump card. 15 or so marines with medic support move out against the belegured EnlargedTestie. Radive, however has other ideas. Taking advantage of the habit of units to "line dance", he uses most of his zealots to engare Atlas! at ET's base, and uses a token few to pick off straggleing terran infantry.

Meanwhile, the second attemp to force EnlargedTestie's ramp is underway. Alas for the imports, Jester's marines are strung out dealing with Radive's zealots. The Imports go in to battle with less-than-optimal Terran support. Here, ET shows off by blocking his ramp with three probes, leaving Atlas!'s zealots running around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to get to the dragoons that are blasting whatever it is dragoons blast at them. Meanwhile, Jester's marines are facing off with Radive's zealots, with minimal zealot support from Atlas!, as most of his zealots are at ET's ramp. When all is quiet, Atlas holds ET's ramp with one zealots, while provding suppot to Jester with his reinforcements. Faced with the combined power fo the Imports, Radive retreats his remaining zealots back towards his base.

But, in his base is a dangerous surprise for the Imports. During all the combat, Radive has built a Citadel of Adun and a Templar Archives, and has two Dark Templar moving towards the map center! Jester's Comsat is the only form of mobile detection the Imports have...will it be enough?

With the arrival of the cloaked avengers, Team ER decides to regain the iniciative in a game that has been controlled by the Imports since the first attack. Radive's Zealots do an about face and engage the combined forces of the Imports, while ET moves his dragoons down his ramp and attacks the vulnerable marines from the rear. With the arrival of the Dark Templar to the feild of battle, the Imports are forced back to their bases.

Middle Game

By now, Jester has taken his natural expansion, as well as constructing an Engineering Bay, a Factory, and a fourth Barracks. Atlas! builds a Forge and a Cybernetics Core. He also builds three cannons on the cliff above his ramp to defend against Dark Templar. He also builds a Citadel of Adun, expands to his natural amd then warps in a Templar Archives.

Radive1 has built his Citadel and Templar Archives, and now expands to his natural expansion. He also begin researching Psi-Storm, and sets up another gateway, while pumping out Dragoons in earnest. EnlargedTestie builds a Robotics Facility, quickly followed by an Observatory and a Robotics Support Bay. He then builds anothe gateway, bringing his total to three, and expands nude to his natural. And if anyone makes any jokes about that, I'll kill them. It would appear that Team ER plans to use power Dragoons in the centre of the map with a few token templar to contain the Imports, and use surgical strikes to weaken them.

Execution

Team ER is the first to strike. While Jester builds a StarPort to drop tanks on cliffs, EnlargedTestie drops a Reaver beside Atlas!'s probe line. The Reaver gets a few scarabs off, blasting probes into oblivion, before three dragoons move to do the same to the reaver. Just after the Reaver goes down, Radive takes his mineral-only natural.

Not to be outdone, Atlas! moves out two Dart Templar to the 12:00 natural. Alas, they are spotted by an observer and quickly dispatched before dealing too much damage to ET's probe line. Meanwhile, Jester has a dropship moving towards the 12:00 cliff. While enroute, Jester constructs two more Factories, bringing his total to three. His dropship narrowly escapes death at the hands of the containing Dragoons as it moves to place a tank, three marines, and an SCV on the 12:00 cliff. The SCV builds a turret and a bunker. The tank seiges, and with a ~THOOM~ of an Arclite shell slamming in to an assimilator, the turbo-newbie is underway. With perfect calm, ET moves in an observer for spotting and four dragoons. With a little well-placed dragoon micro, Jester's tank is removed.

Now that the threat to his base is removes, EnlargedTestie expands to his mineral-only natural. Just as his Nexus begins warping in, Radive drops a High Templar on Jester's natural's cliff and drops two Psi-Storms on the Terran mineral line. A wraith is dispatched to remove the offending templar, but the damage has already been done. Jester also has a Command Center 1/2 way to the Bottom-Right island. And, two zealots and a reaver are removing the last vestiges of his turbo-newbie on the 12:00 cliff. The Imports are getting angry at their opponets domination of the middle of the map. As Atlas! sends two Dark Templar to the 9:00 mineral-only, they decide to move out.

Call down the Thunder

Jester brings at least 10 tanks and twice as many marines to the battle. Atlas! supplies protoss ground troops; zealots and dragoons and templar oh my!
Against them is a force of at least 30-some Dragoons, with Zealot and Templar support.

What happens next can only be describe by one word: Chaos. The most important battle of the game lasted at least a mintue, and was an amazing sight to see. Jester's tanks rolled up, seiged up, and opened up, with his stimmed-up marines doing at least triple time behind them. Atlas!'s rolled in with an enourmous line of Zealots and Dragoons as Team ER moved to engage Jester. Dark Templar rip into the Terrans with warp blades, and the screams of the dying soon echo across the Lost Temple. A shuttle drops a brave templar in front of a group of marines, and the templar wipes them out with a sigle, psi-storm, taking is own life in the process. Zealot duels with Zealt in a deadly dance of death. Dragoons throw balls of anti-matter at each other with deadly force. Psi-Storms fall like rain. Blood, both blue and red, creates lakes and rivers on the pitted surface of the temple.
As the white protoss army of Atlas! begins to falter against the combined force of TeamER, Jester has another trump card to play. Forget the 80's band Wall of Voodoo, forget the Grateful Dead's Wall of Sound, meet {i}jester's WAll of Terran. A wall of marines a full screen long charges the teal and purple army just as it cleans up the last of Atlas!'s forces. The Terrans roll over the corpses of Dragoons, the wreckage of tanks, and, far too many times, the bloody messes that used to be marines. But, they prevail. The last dragoon dies, the last gauss rifle fires, and all is again quite on the western front. For about 2 seconds....

Desperation

Jester sends a small squad of marines to the north, while the bulk of his forces meet up with the remenants of Atlas!'s army and attack Radive's Minerals-only Natural. The northerly squad meets a larger forces of Dragoons with two Dark Templar from the base of EnlargedTestie. Jester's overextended forces are caught between the hammer of ET's dragoons and the anvil of Radive's cannons, and are pounded to bits.

Team ER takes this oppertunity to counter attack Jester. A dozen Dragoons move towards the 6:00 natural, clearing out Jester's attempt to take the mineral-only expansion with substatial, but acceptable losses. The entrance to Jester's key expansion is guarded by a tank on the cliff and a bunker. Radive moves his goons along the far cliff to avoid tank fire ,letting ET cover for him. With furious reparing of the lone bunker by 7 or 8 SCVS, and excellent tank control, Jester survives, without the loss of too many SCVS.

The End

But, TeamER will not let up the pressure. EnlargedTestie drops two shuttles of zealots and dragoons on the bottom-right expansion, and Jester is forced to lift off his CC. At the same time, Radive takes the top-left island. In desperation, Atlas! sends two Dark Templar to the 12:00 minerals-only, where they kill many a probe before an observer and troops are brought in to remove the cloaked assassins.

The Last Trump

Jester has re-taken his minerals-only, and has begun a tank push to re-gain the middle. Bunkers dot the landscpae, missile turrets rotate to spot Dark Templar, and the happy sounds of tanks slammiing into seige mode is everywhere. And then the hammer falls. HORDES of dragoons attack the push, with templar support to help with those pesky tanks. To nail the Imports' coffin shut, a combined Psi-Storm / Dragoon raid at the 3:00 natural slaughters Atlas!'s probes en mass. As purple Dragoons pour through Atlas!'s base, the Imports call it a match.

There are no lessons, 'cause I am lazy, and I have to do the dishes.

There is no game two or three because I am stupid and forgot to copy the text before posting it on i2e2. You'll have to go there to check it out.

Hope ya liked it!
