Lifetime Rating for HolyAnarchy{GK}: 5.8333 |  | Well, for starters, it's kinda stupid to attempt a lurker rush against a protoss. Just don't do it. Most protoss players will have at least 3 or 4 cannons.
Map: Proving Grounds
Me: Random Protoss, low right
Him: Zerg, low left.
Early Game
Well, my silly man opponent decided to try a lurker rush. Beofore he hit me, I went triple gate and toss'ed(Get it?! TOSS'ed? Ok, enough gayness =)~)up a few cannons. I had 2 zealots when in run the customary six lings, which were cut down by cannon fire and zealot blades. He, for some reason, kept going lurker rush. Hrmm.
Mid Game/ Late Game
I made a cybercore and assimilator and began mad goons with range and attack upgrade. I had about six when the lurkers ran in. Lol. ever see lurkers try to take out a strong unit when they can be detected? =)~. Bam Bam Bam, 4 dead lurks. I warp in a Robotics Fac and support bay, and made 2 reavers, along with a shuttle, while continuing zealots out of 2, goons out of the other gateway. Ineth I raneth whith my reaver drop, killing 4-5 hydras, and about 14 drones. When his forces, actually small as he was teching, ran back, i made my move. I hotkeyed 12 goons and sent them in on attack/move, with 10 zealots and another reaver which never made it. Lol. I hammered his 3 or 4 sunkens, as my shield upgrade finished. His hydra swarm rapidly died from zealot blades and goons fire, and i cut into his hive. Here, i hear, "Our forces are under attack" Huh? I look and see 12 mutas planting their annoying acid rounds into my probes, while my cannons feebley shot at them. Cursing, i ran my goons back, leaving my zealots to attack. I guess he shoulda split, but he didnt. I killed of his spawning pool, and he says g. Just g. =).
Once again, DONT LURKER RUSH A TOSS, UNLESS THEY HAVE NO FORGE!
