RushinRussian was lamenting the fact that he had lost to a Canadian, and seemed very willing to express both his homophobic tendecies and his typical-of-yankees superiority (j/k). At any rate, RushinRussian's frustration was wellfounded. This BR will chronicle the epic (20 minute or so) conflict of:

:Crazy: - Zerg, 12:00 Start
RushinRussian - Protoss, 6:00 Start
At the start of this clash of the titans, there was a little bit of a conflict over the prescence of another observer, who lagged. Much spam resulted, and although I offered to take over the insulting for both players, :Crazy: enjoyed making fun of his friend -=No)(=- for being a lagger, he non-verbally proclaimed his GOSU-ity by both playing a game, and harassing No)( til he made a rude remark and fled the perimeter of the temple. We all had to laugh.
Anyway. The game. RushinRussian did not seem to have quite as much GOSU in him, as his insults to No)( seemed to slow down his game a bit. Thus he only had 1 plyon and gate while :Crazy: had 1 hatchery. Only a 50 mineral difference, but it set the stage for the rest of the game.
:Crazy: took advantage of his seperation from RushinRussian and decided to exp at 11, and then pool. Soon after, he built another hatchery at his natural exp, for a total of 1 done and 2 in the works.
At this point RushinRussian has 2 gates, and a couple zealots while :Crazy:'s pool is only at 500/750. He sensed this with a scouting probe, and started to send 2 zealots from his base. Halfway across the map he thought better of it though, and scampered back up his ramp where he sat in a defensive position.
Now, both hatcheries are up at :Crazy:'s exp, and he is mining a lot of minerals, but still no gas, oddly enough. However, 16 crystal patches are not quite enough, so :Crazy: plunks another hatch at his mineral only base, all the while building up a rather large force of lings outside his base.
RushinRussian has not been sitting idle however, and has been constantly pumping units out of his 2 gates in the form of 2 goons and 8 zealots. They are all positioned in a defensive position on top of his ramp. He also has a templar archives warping in. RushinRussian is well ahead in tech right now, and it seems that somehow he communicated this to :Crazy:, who decided that now was the time to start getting gas. He builds extractors at both his bases, and shortly after is collecting merrily.
About this time, :Crazy: has about 24 lings, and sends them on their way to RushinRussian's base. This is not a very good idea however, as the troops stationed at the top of the ramp prove to be more than a match for the meagre lings. The lings turn tail, do a little dance, and attack the troops that have followed down the ramp.
This though was not a wise move, as all 24 lings perish, killing only 2 zealots. RushinRussian decides to push the advantage and attack now. He knows about :Crazy:'s mineral only exp, and decides to take it out. 1 goon who got a little ahead of the pack dies to a sunken, and then the rest of the troop arrives and tears it down with relative ease.
:Crazy: tries to save this exp, and splits his 20 or so lings into two groups, 1 headed for his exp, the other to RushinRussian's base. This proves to be a good move, as the lings on the assault stop an expansion attempt before it can get a good handle. The other lings, after a few waves on :Crazy:'s exp manage to save the day with the hatchery intact. Mission accomplished.
Now, somewhere in this frenzy of attacks, :Crazy: managed to surprise me with a lair, and also a half built spire.
This is not good news for RushinRussian who has been barely fending off attacks at his trying-to-be expansion for the last while, and although has 3 gates, has been only producing zealots. He has 1 cannon guarding his main nexus, and no goons or templar.
:Crazy: is aware of RushinRussian's fingerhold on the proverbial cliff, and gives a maniacal grin while exclaiming: "12 muties coming your way. gosu."
I didn't even get a screenshot, because as soon as the mutas flew over the protoss base, RushinRussian left. Couldn't take the pressure I suppose, but he fought well. GG to the combatants, and that was the end of a well fought matchup.
Lessons Learned:
1) Lings are not very durable, but very plentiful.
2) Lings vs upperground protoss troops=red ground.
3) Zealots do not work against Mutas.
