Anyway, today/tonight, I bring you a two game series between "=]]", also known as Bold, and Satan'sCookies. Yup, it's the typical thing, sitting around in clan ~nohunters doing absolutely jack squat. They were both spamming for 1v1, so with a little chuckle, they decide to play. So, without further adieu, I bring you:

I don't really know much about either of these players, so I will present the game.

The Players:

• =]] randomed to teal protoss at 12:00.
• Satan'sCookies randomed to blue zerg at 6:00
• [AsF]AzNSuNBoY chooses a bengalaas, starts out in middle with God vision.

=]] goes pylon, probe to scout, gate, gate, pylon.

Satan'sCookies opts to go for an early expansion. The rest of his build will be described as we go.

=]]'s probe finds the early expansion hatch right as it is started. It immediately goes to work on the hatch. Seeing this, Satan'sCookies immediately starts a spawning pool, and a little bit later, an extractor. The probe is soon followed by a zealot. and they pound on the hatchery. Satan'sCookies's hatchery finishes with 496 hp, right after the pool and six zerglings are hatched. The lings attack the protoss warriors, which retreat, only to be joined by two more zealots. Satan'sCookies, seeing this, plops down a creep colony, soon to become a sunken, while continuously pumping lings. Eventually, with zerg reinforcements coming faster than protoss ones, =]]'s zealots decide to retreat.

The calm before the storm

After this skirmish, =]] adds gas while Satan'sCookies plops down another hatchery at the top of his ramp.
After =]] has about 5 zealots at the bottom of his choke, he expands to his natural and also drops a Cybernetics Core, followed by a Citadel of Adun. Satan'sCookies is currently busy getting his natural online and morphing a lair. =]] follows with a Templar Archives.
::Sigh::...more buildup, =]] adds two forges, a few cannons here and there, a stargate, and two more gates at his main while Satan'sCookies adds a spire, a queen's nest, and sunkens up his expansion. All he has right now are lings, but he is starting muta production. Also, he fuses a muta with a drone:

Finally, =]] starts to move towards the zerg base, as well as slapping down two more gates for a total of six. As the forces move, they move past about two control groups of burrowed lings, who turn around and ambush the attackers. The battle ends with =]] coming out on top.

Now, after regrouping, the force continues on to the zerg mineral only, where an expansion is just being started. Storm prevails again, killing 6 mutas and hordes of zerglings and the expansion is overrun as corsairs and zealots finish off the rest of the mutalisks and lings.

As the protoss forces gather at the 6:00 mineral only, the corsairs rush in first, take out the mutalisks, and start popping overlords. The main force then follows. The Battle:

• =]] randomed to purple protoss, 6:00
• [AsF]AzNSuNBoY observing, no bengalaas =(.

=]], noticing a lack of hydralisks, decides to send his first corsair on a harassment mission.

The corsair succesfully pops about 3 overlords and causes Satan'sCookies to morph some of the creep colonies at the top of his ramp into spores instead of sunkens. He also plops down a Hydralisk den as =]] adds a Templar Archives. Satan'sCookies then adds a 4th hatchery and burrows all the zerglings at his expansion and also burrows one at =]]'s natural right before =]] expands there. His small army of zealots is soon joined by a pair of Dark Templar.

=]] sends his corsair elsewhere to start hunting stray overlords while Satan'sCookies gets mad and sends a small group of zerglings to wreak havok at =]]'s natural. Unfortunately, the DT's rape the zerglings undetected,

By now, Satan'sCookies gets smart and starts making hydralisks out of four hatcheries and also makes a queen's nest. =]] takes this time to expand to his mineral only, defending it with a pair of cannons, his corsairs, zealots, and DT's, and three new high templar.

About this time, Satan'sCookies sends a force of hydras and overlords to =]]'s mineral only while slapping down another hatchery, upping the total to five...the battle is looming...
