Alright, first, the facts. This will be a text only report!(the horror!). It is, however, my first attempt at a br, so don’t yell at me too much. I’ll try to get better as I go along, and I hope to soon purchase photoshop (right now I have MS Paint (wow, impressive, ain’t it?(jeez I’m using a lot of parentheses)))soon, but for now, I will just be using limited html. Now, on with the report!

After a long day at school, (yes, my school has not been let out yet this year (damn, here I go with the parenthesis again)) I decided it would be a good night for a good Starcraft:Broodwar game. Boy was a wrong! After what seemed like an eternity searching through the endless list of “8 MAN MICRO FFA”s and “7 vs1 comp ez win!”s and sitting in nohunters for a half an hour waiting for someone to not be afk, I quit SC for and hour and watched some good old TV. After that got boring, I went back on and to my surprise, people were (dare I say it?) talking in nohunters! After a lot of spamming and other childish garbage, a game was finally started.

……is what I wrote down on my nice, new notebook paper before a got banned. (Note to self, flame BadYOno…)

So I sat and waited until four people, obviously returning from an FFA, entered the channel. I asked if any of them would 1v1 and 3 of them volunteered. Well, I was sure I could handle a 3FFA, so I thought, “Sure why not? Let them all play, hehehehe”. Where those hehe’s came from, I’m not really sure, but putting my slight insanities away, the game was started.

MAP: Lost Temple (as if it would be anything else….)

Players:
Ludachriz33 (Ludachriz from now on) – blue Protoss
MaJoR.InS (Major from now on)-white Zerg
TeLAvivTHIS!Telaviv from now on- orange Zerg

After about 2 seconds, it became quite apparent that Major and TeLAviv were friends as they allied each other and began a plan to mass lings and massacre Ludachriz.
I sighed, and got ready to quit, but as I did so, the “Waiting for TeLAvivTHIS!” screen came up. Sure enough, he dropped and it became the 1v1 I wanted in the first place. I was afraid that Major might quit without his friend, but thankfully, he decided he could maybe win a game fair and square. (Wow, imagine, winning a 1v1 game alone. I got chills just thinking of all the Battle Reporting opportunities that were opening up to me.)
So, on with the game! (You’re thinking ‘Finally, I thought this dumbass would never shut up and get to the game!’ aren’t you? Aren’t you!?)
Ludachriz had his brand new, beautiful blue nexus warped in at the 12 o’clock spot, along with three probes. His build order was:
8 – Pylon
10 – Gateway
13 – Assimilator
13 – Pylon
16 – Pylon (at his ramp)
16 – Forge
19 – Cybernetics Core

Major spawned his slimy, poop-like white hatchery at the 6 o’clock position, which in turn morphed four drones. His build order was:
6 – Spawning Pool (can you say six-pooler?)
10 – Overlord
16 – Hatchery (at his ramp)
16 - Extractor
18 – Hydralisk Den
20 – Overlord

Now, I am sure some of you readers (assuming that someone is actually going to read this) have picked up on the fact that I said Ludachriz had only three probes. Now you are thinking, “Ooooo…, great, I’m reading a report written by a guy who can’t even count.”
“BAH!”, I say to you, because I can count! His fourth probe went scouting. Now you are probably thinking, “Ooooooooo…., truly a gosu player.” “BAH!”, I say to you, “Leave my report and the people in it alone! I’ll be the one to make fun of them, not you!”

So anyway, after the incredibly gay strat of ‘Scout with your first probe’ and both players finding each other (Major used his Overlord), the actual fighting commenced.

The first action of the game was Major’s first six lings being sent to Ludachriz’s ramp and promptly getting slaughtered by two zealots that were (in a miraculous, gosu way) told to hold their position at the top of sloping mountain. He continually sent new batches of lings to that ramp, and they continually died there. Maybe he thought that their carcasses would eventually allow there slimy cousins to climb right over the evil Zealots and raze the enemy base, maybe not. Either way, it was a pointless waste. Seeing that his strategy was failing, he began the construction of a hatchery at his natural and a creep(sunken) colony at his ramp.

After his natural was up and running, (no drone maynarding, he just built new ones) he began upgrading his starting Hatchery to a Lair. No doubt we would soon be seeing some, umm.., things that come from Lairs. During this time, Ludachriz had built two more gateways and was continually pumping Zealots and Dragoons at a 2/1 ratio and had a considerably sized army of Protoss warriors compared to Major’s twelve lings and sunken colony. Major added two more of the colonies at his natural while Ludachriz began to warp a Robotics Facility in at his main.

After a couple of bouts between zealots and zerglings at the by-now-found-temple, Ludachriz took his newly made shuttle to start an expansion at the upper left side of the map. He warps in a nexus, which sits, unused, for the rest of the game. Just as Major began massing hydralisks in earnest, he gets attacked by the bulk of the Protoss army and his natural is razed. The newly hatched hydralisks managed to fight off the remainder of the threat before they could do any real damage in the main.
