Hello. This is not an X-COM report. It is largely a text only report on Civilisation 2. It is playing the two World War scenarios, which I took notes on turn by turn for your amusment. This was a minor diversion, and nothing to be concerned about; X-COM is still in production. I threw this together in about three hours (including playing time) and did it entirely on a whim. It has almost no HTML. It would probably be a good first submission for a new reporter. I would appreciate it, raters and viewers alike, if you did not compare this to my other battlereports. This is not a serious effort. I did this for fun. This report will probably not make much sense from a game standpoint, but I hope you'll enjoy reading it.

I will play this game from the perspective of the British empire, on Deity difficulty. A strong navy is my goal, and eventually, land domination. We're trying to stop the Central Powers from taking over the world.

"...like so." Kevin looked around. He and Eldritch were standing in a filthy street. Primitive motorized vehicled surged past at slow speeds.

"And we're where, now?" Kevin asked.
"They call it England. The people here are English; we're speaking a very evolved version of their language."
"I see. So, what insane scheme do you have in mind this time?"
"I did a bit of digging into this past. Do you know we're on Earth? It's true. About three thousand years before us, but it's still true. Right now, there's a large war about to happen in Europe. Technology has advanced faster than military strategy, and so with the invention of automatic weapons, chemical gasses and planes, it should prove interesting."
"So what are we going to do?"
"Why, run the war, of course."

July, 1914: War officially begins. Russians and Central Powers being slugging it out. Ottoman Turks make things difficult in their area. French lose two cities, Nancy (what) and Verdun to the Central Powers. Americans begin to sail across the Atlantic ocean to help out. Amsterdam looks pretty. British fleets sail out of London, Edinburgh, Plymouth and most notably Scarpa Flow. They sink a few Central Power ships.

August, 1914: Central Powers Baltic fleet begins to sail towards the British fleet aimed at the Baltic, made up of ships from Edinburgh and Scarpa Flow. More death on the eastern front. Italians begin to scheme. American fleet almost here. Halifax, for some reason under British control, begins to prepare a troop convoy. France loses Brussels to the Central Powers and fails to retake Verdun.

September, 1914: Central Powers Baltic fleet begins to fight the British fleets pickets. They win. British ships from London and Plymouth form up and begin to sail around France, headed for Gibraltar. British infantry and artillery land in northern France, and begin to dig in. Russians and Central Powers continue to kill each-other en masse. The Ottoman Turks begin to harass the Italians. France tries to retake Nancy, fails. Americans land near Brest.

October, 1914: British and Central Power ships grind each-other into dust. Britain wins, begins to sail into the Baltic. Blockades Hamburg and Kiel from the west. French try to retake Brussels, and fail. Death along both fronts. Americans rush Verdun, and die horribly. America sails a lot of ships into the English channel. British fleet heading to Gibraltar meets up with Central Power submarines, loses all but one battleship. MP quoted as saying, "Oh, bloody 'ell." British troops on the mainland liberate Brussels, but refuse to give it back to the French, citing the "finders keepers" rule. French file a complaint.

November, 1914: Second American invasion fleet leaves. Ottoman Turks and Italians beat each-other into pulp. British ships detached to the Mediterranean start blockading Italian ports, quote, "because we bloody well feel like it." Hamburg and Kiel blockaded from the East, remaining Central Powers navy found and engaged. French retake Nancy. Central Powers take the Russian city of Warsaw, Russians take the Central Powers city of Konisberg. British blockade it anyway. British artillery lands near Brussels.

December, 1914: General death and destruction on both fronts. Turks and Italians continue to fight. Britain achieves complete naval superiority in the Baltic, blockades all Central Power ports and a good deal of non-Central Power ports.

January, 1915: France celebrates the new year by losing Nancy again. Britain lands more troops, tries to take Verdun, and fails. Britain begins to consider the wisdom of building an air force. Central Powers retake Konisberg. Russia retakes Warsaw.

Febuary, 1915: Central Powers attack Paris. France attacks Verdun and retakes it. Russia retakes Konisberg.

March, 1915: Central Powers retake Konisberg. British battleships promptly beat their army into submission.

April, 1915: Russia retakes Konisberg.

May, 1915: Central Powers retake Konisberg. Konisbergians throughly confused as to who they belong to at any given moment. America finally lands their invasion force and dies horribly to the Central Powers. Halifaxian troop transport sets out with two Destroyers escorting and five infantry divisions onboard. British land forces in France need the help. Air raids begin on Hamburg before the British realize their fighter planes suck. Central Powers begin to make zeppelins. Italy takes a Turkish city.

June, 1915: Americans sign a peace treaty with the Central Powers. Britain gives a collective shrug. Russia retakes Konisberg.

July, 1915: Britain celebrates the 1-year anniversary of the war by inviting Woodrow Wilson over to tea. Wilson declines. Confused, the MPs glance out their windows and see that the Americans have launched a sneak attack, landing troops on Britain and destroying the transports and guarding Destroyers in the English channel. Even worse, their submarines destroy the Halifax reinforcements. Parliament asks for more troops from the English cities, recieves reply of, "we can only make one unit at a time! Don't rush us!" Central Powers retake Konisberg, Verdun and Nancy.

August, 1915: Severely annoyed British navy begins to show the American ships how it's done. Russia retakes Konisberg. British army decides to take Amsterdam from the Americans and lays siege. Parliament signs a ceasefire with the Central Powers to focus on the Americans.

September, 1915: American navy destroyed at great cost. Central Powers ships start roaming the Baltic again. Parliament sacks the RAF project and begins to make more battleships. The Central Powers use zeppelins to take Paris briefly, but the French retake it with a desperate show of force. The Central Powers retake Konisberg. Meanwhile, Italy declares war on the British, signing a secret alliance with the Ottoman Turks. British navy replies confidently, "good thing we have your ports blockaded."

October, 1915: Amsterdam falls to the British army. Parliament sends a phone call of "ha ha" to Wilson and places a whoopee cushion under his presidential chair. Wilson was reportedly quite chagrined, and sued for peace. Parliament graciously accepted, having neutralized the American threat, as it were, and began to prepare for the coming war against the Central Powers. Russia retakes Konisberg.

November, 1915: Wounded British navy tries to re-blockade the Baltic. The Central Powers laugh and very nearly take Amsterdam. British navy calls for reinforcements, and Parliament rushes the production of four battleships. Central Powers quoted as saying, "aw, nuts." The Central Powers retake Konisberg, but the citizens have had enough, and the city is destroyed. Out of habit, Russia sends more troops there anyway. Italy demands British surrender.

December, 1915: Troops move around. Not a lot happens.

January, 1916: Revitalized British navy retakes the Baltic, blockades all Central Powers ports. French use a zeppelin flight to take the Central Power city of Liege. Italians and Ottoman Turks break up.

Febuary, 1916: British navy finally does something in the Mediterranean and takes the Italian city of Palermo. Italy asks for peace, and gets it. British army quietly begins to form up outside Amsterdam, and the Navy crushes all resistance in Kiel. Army floated to Kiel, takes the city, and prepares to invade Hamburg with naval help. Central Powers begins to feel the squeeze of being outnumbered. France loses the city of Liege.

March, 1916: America sails a large fleet into the English Channel. Britain sends their fleet in the Mediterranean around Spain in case America tries anything tricky. Italy begins to construct a navy and places it east of Athens. Ottoman Turks declare war on Italy.

April, 1916: America backstabs Britain AGAIN and destroys all the British ships in the English Channel, then tries to take Halifax with zeppelins. They fail. The British navy is really ticked off this time and vows to, quote, "burn those bloody Yankee bastards to the ground!" Baltic fleet leaves the Baltic, Mediterranean fleet rounds Spain. America says, quote, "aw, nuts."

May, 1916: American navy loses horribly to British navy. Central Powers begins to sail ships in the Baltic again. British army, hanging around outside Hamburg, taps foot impatiently. Italy begins to have quite a LARGE navy outside Athens and have quite a LARGE army outside Palermo. Athens commissions a battleship for defense, and names it the "H.M.S Eldritch" for good luck.

June, 1916: British navy sails into the Baltic and puts the Central Power uprising down. Italy declares war on Britain and threatens to take Athens, Palermo and possibly British interests in Africa. Frustrated, Britain splits up its already thinly stretched navy and sends half down to the Mediterranean again, while the rest blockades, once more, the Central Powers ports in the Baltic. A few Turkish troops run into British Africa and die horribly.

July, 1916: Britain celebrates the second anniversary of the war by taking Hamburg with a combination of naval and land forces. British defense minister cheers, quoted as saying, "one less port to blockade!" Central Powers demands British surrender. America signs peace treaty with Britain, with the warning of dire consequences if they break it again.

August, 1916: Central Powers pulls a massive army out of someplace and retakes Hamburg and Kiel, also destroying the entire British army. Parliament sighs and begins to redraw plans from square one. Russia loses Warsaw, and the Italians start making bombers and advanced fighters. A twenty ship Italian navy looms outside Athens. British navy arrives.

October, 1916: Huge naval clash in the Mediterranean. Italy loses, but takes Britain down to one destroyer, two battleships (including the H.M.S Eldritch) and a cruiser. Palermo is untouched.

November, 1916: After a coincidence of work completion and rush jobbing, the Baltic navy is finally back on its feet. Production begins to focus on more army units. Parliament tries to buy Advanced Flight from the Italians, but is rebuked. Americans land large army in France, and invade northern Italy. Russia loses Warsaw to the Central Powers. Ottoman Turks declare war on the Americans.

December, 1916: Britain retakes Kiel after a hard fight, losing a battleship and four artillery divisions. Italian bombers blow up British ships blockading their ports, and then send out their reconstructed navy, destroying all the British ships there except for the H.M.S Eldritch, which was hiding in Athens. The Ottoman Turks send their navy out and begin to fight the Italian navy.

January, 1917: Britain celebrates the new year by taking the Central Power city of Liege. France celebrates by retaking Nancy. The Russians celebrate by retaking Warsaw. The Central Powers break into a cold sweat.

Febuary, 1917: Hamburg falls to the British navy. Meanwhile, the army manages to pull off taking Verdun by some miracle. The H.M.S Eldritch leaves Athens and destroys four (!) Italian ships, becoming a veteran and also taking quite a lot of damage.

March, 1917: The British army is on a roll and takes the Central Powers city of Hanover with almost no resistance. Russia takes a Central Powers city and blows up a lot of zeppelins. The French fight on near Paris.

April, 1917: Central Powers retake Hanover, and almost take Paris. Parliament secretly hopes they succeed in taking Paris so they can invade and have it for themselves. The H.M.S Eldritch barely survives a bomber attack and goes back to hide in Athens.

May, 1917: Russia launches a crushingly effective zeppelin invasion, taking two Central Powers cities and almost taking Berlin. The British army eyes the weakened capital and salivates.

June, 1917: Britain loses almost half its army trying to take Berlin. Russia, too, fails. The Central Powers also get slammed by France, which retakes all the cities it lost except Verdun, which is in British hands. Feeling stymied that Britain refuses to return the cities it captured, France cancels the alliance. Britain shrugs.

July, 1917: Britain celebrates the third year of the war by losing the rest of its army, but succeeds in taking Berlin. The German government manages to escape capture by being in Cologne at the time. Britain resolves to, quoting an MP, "Get 'em yet!"

August, 1917: All the military forces of everyone in the world except America, Italy and the Ottoman turks seemed to have dried up. Britain is the only country in the world with a serviceable navy, due to Italy and the Turks killing each-other repeatedly and having the H.M.S Eldritch come out and kill stuff occasionally. There is a lull in the action where all the major continental powers take a breather.

September, 1917: The pause continues. The Americans capture an Italian city and continue to subjugate the poor pasta eaters.

October, 1917: The Russians sell the British Advanced Flight. The British begin to work on their air force once more. The Russians begin to crash into the eastern front with renewed force.

November, 1917: The Central Powers have used this lull in the action effectively, and swarm the Russian front, taking back the cities they lost. The French advance, and take a city. Britain waits.

December, 1917: Unable to defend such a large area against so many foes, the Central Powers begins to withdraw into itself, forfeiting many border cities. Russia hungrily marches forwards, but crashes into the wall of Central Powers defense in the cities of Leipzig and Frankfurt. They do, however, succeed in taking Vienna -- a telling blow in the infrastructure of the Central Powers. France throws all it has at Cologne, but forgets that Cologne is the site of the current Central Powers government, and fails.

January, 1918: Britain invades with a healthy army, and with the help of the Russians in the east and the French in the south and west, begin to slowly push forwards the line of combat, coming ever closer to the critical Central Powers center. The Central Powers break the peace treaty they had with America and take the city they stole from the Italians. They then mend relations between the Turks and the Italians, bringing them to their side, and suddenly the entire south and east of Europe is united under one banner. Can Britain, France and Russia, all weary and wounded from the war, bring down the hurt but still powerful Central Powers, backed as they are by the two secondary powers in the world?

Febuary, 1918: The H.M.S Eldritch busts out of Athens again and wreaks havoc on the army trains of the Italians, killing no less than six artillery battalions. Meanwhile, Russia withdraws its forces to deal with the ravaging Ottoman Turks. America's token army in Europe is smashed by the concentrated Italian army, and the Central Powers begin to push back at the northern incursion. Britain retreats to its captured cities, defending them with their army, while the fledgling R.A.F runs bombing raids. The French take a good deal of battering.

March, 1918: France calls for help from the British. The British remind the French that they ARE helping and go back to bombing the Italians. The Russians lose a city to the Turks.

April, 1918: The Russian military catches up with the Turks and begins Operation: Kick Ottoman Ass. The Italians finally reach the end of their momentum, but have pushed the French back to square one anyway. The British, worried this might give the Central Powers time to recover, invade.

May, 1918: Operation: Kick Ottoman Ass goes well. The Italians are crushed by the fresh British army, and the French retake the territory they lost. The combined armies begin to push back into enemy territory.

June, 1918: The Allies drive the Italians back, and are back to where they were ten months ago. The Ottomans and the Russians eventually reach some sort of agreement, and stop killing each-other.

July, 1918: Britain celebrates the 4th year of the war by finally, finally taking the Central Powers down to the status of "not quite Central, not quite Powers" by, in a brilliant series of military maneuvers, taking the cities of Leipzig, Frankfurt and Cologne in one month. The Central Powers now have no capital, and no large cities to speak of. Parliament exchanges high-fives. Russia takes a few more down south, including the critical city of Prague, and France captures Munich. At this point, France backstabs the British and tries to take Verdun back. It fails. The British, having foreseen this, have already blockaded French territory and are now destroying their navy. The Russians angrily invade France. Britain follows suit.

August, 1918: Britain captures the French city of Strassbourg. The French demand British surrender, and Britain just laughs. One MP even thumbed his nose.

September, 1918: The Italians return, destroying the troops occupying Strassbourg, and allowing the French to retake it. The Russian troops exit Europe to deal with continuing Turkish hostility. The French navy hilariously loses four Destroyers to one British Infantry division. Parliament was in stitches.

October, 1918: The Italians attack with renewed force, using bombers and zeppelins. France loses most of its navy. Britain marshals its forces.

November, 1918: France finally achieves its longtime goal of taking Verdun. However, they lose the rest of their Navy, and several engineers. Britain begins to mobilize its vast and impressive army, and the Italians cower in their peninsula.

December, 1918: Russia begins to subjugate the Turks and the remaining Central Powers cities. Britain tries to get America in on the war against France, for old time's sake, but the Americans will have none of it. Quoting Wilson, "you limey buggers attacked us and broke the peace treaties!"

January, 1919: The Americans backstab the British for a THIRD TIME, my God. They sneak attack Halifax. What idiots. Meanwhile, Russia depletes the French armies at Munich and Strassbourg, all the while taking another Turkish city.

Febuary, 1919: The British continue to make more troops, and decline to surrender to the Italians. The Russians capture another Central Powers city. The French mope about and look sad. The Italians, meanwhile, declare war on the Russians, deciding that they didn't have QUITE ENOUGH of the world ticked off at them.

March, 1919: The Italians are act tough, and take a Russian city. This can be attributed to the fact that the Russians are busy taking French cities, such as Munich. They even manage to take back the city they lost on the same turn they lost it. The Russians are hardcore. The Turks demand British surrender. The French retake Munich, too. The British, meanwhile, continue to harass the French, focusing on taking Brest.

April, 1919: More battles rage in southern central Europe. The British retake Strassbourg.

May, 1919: More battles rage. Brest proves to be a tough nut to crack, with its city walls and coastal fortresses. The Italians invade Strassbourg, and destroy the city. The Russians retake Munich.

June, 1919: The British waste a colossal amount of troops trying to attack Paris. They almost succeed. More battles rage in south central Europe, but nothing comes of it.

July, 1919: More battles rage. Munich is destroyed by the constant fighting there. Russia loses a fight to the Italians, and the French push back into British territory.

August, 1919: Brest's defenders finally fall, but no troops are around to take it. Britain vows to remedy this. The Americans continue to launch anemic zeppelin raids on Halifax.

September, 1919: British army forces start the run to Brest. The Italians and the Russians continue to duke it out. Not much else happens. Everyone's armies are all spent.

October, 1919: The British army forces are crushed by a final effort of the French. Foiled in their last gambit, they try to rush job an army large enough to make an impact. At this point, the unthinkable happens. The Russians and the Central Powers sign a peace treaty, and the Russians backstab the British. Surrounded on all sides by enemies, the British try to make treaties and hold onto the large chunk of north central Europe they managed to get. The French take Cologne before they can be appeased. The H.M.S Eldritch was sunk trying to take on another battleship of twice its strength. The once vast power of the British empire appears to be failing.

That was fun. With the first world war finished, it's time to move on to the second. Since the Ruskies were so hardcore in the last one, I'll play as them in the second war.

"I still think it's horrible that you view this as a game. I protest, is what."
"Well, it is a game. These people aren't real. Now c'mon, let's take over the Russians."


World War 2, this time. Played from the perspective of the Russians, on Deity mode. Since helping Hitler win is no good and since he betrays you anyway, I've decided to throw my lot in with the Allies and work to get the neutrals, like Spain, to join the fight against the Axis. For some reason, this scenario has a bug where you can only play every other month. March, May, July, September, November and January will never be played. Here we go.

June, 1940: Hitler begins his Blitzkrieg into France, taking Amsterdam from the neutrals and destroying quite a bit of the allied infrastructure and army. After a neat bit of bankrupting diplomacy, the Russians sign an alliance with the Allies and brings the Turks into the war against the Axis. The Allies retaliate against the blitz with considerable force. Russia begins to mobilize.

August, 1940: The Axis navy and submarines deal great damage, destroying two heavily-populated Allied transports. The Luftwafe them punches a hole in the Russian trench line near Odessa. The Allied navy responds, destroying many submarines, and two tank divisions inside Amsterdam. Paris falls to the Axis assault, and the French sign a peace treaty with the Axis.

October, 1940: Russia accidentally offends Spain and will have to wait a month to bring them into the war. Troop movements. The Axis widen the hole near Odessa.

December, 1940: The Allies sign a peace treaty with the Axis and cancel the alliance with the Russians.

Febuary, 1941: The Axis take apart the Russian trench lines with daring Luftwafe raids.

April, 1941: The Axis begin to push through the Russian lines with their armor. Russian army still far away from the front.

June, 1941: Axis armor assaults Minsk and Kiev. Axis develops rocketry. Russians begin to fear missile attacks.

August, 1941: Axis armor brings down the defenders at Minsk. Luftwafe tears down the rest of the trenches. The Russian navy, two cruisers, engages an Italian cruiser. Result: one dead Russian cruiser, one dead Italian cruiser, one very badly wounded Russian cruiser.

October, 1941: Axis take Minsk. The Neutrals, out of cities and troops, bow out of the war. Spain begins to take fire from the Axis.

December, 1941: The Axis continue to push into the center of Russia, while an army of Russian riflemen push towards the south. The Luftwafe halves the army, and then the Allies declare war on Russia. It's now Russia, Spain and the Turks versus Hitler and Churchill. Weird.

Febuary, 1942: Kiev gets bombed and the Luftwafe makes a nuisance of itself. The Russian army in the south gets reinforced by Armor as the first wave of troops from the east arrives. The main body of the Russian army is still thousands of miles away, though.

April, 1942: The Axis & Allies sign an alliance against Russia, vowing to wipe the commies off the map. Meanwhile, the Allies and the French cancel their alliance. The Luftwafe continues to bomb, and it seems that the Russian city of Smolensk is the next Axis target. The Russians will have none of it, however, and strike back with the forerunners of their army, destroying Axis armor, planes and preparing to retake Minsk.

June, 1942: The Luftwafe bombs and bombs and bombs, causing great damage to Russian interests in the south. The Russians vow to make some planes. In the meantime, the Russians retake Minsk, and begin to push into Axis territory.

August, 1942: The Axis bombs Kiev and more armor units. The first Allied soldiers are spotted and are quickly dealt with. A single Russian plane, the first of the new air force, takes out two Axis bombers. Russian military scientists exchange high fives. The Russian army in the north grows, quote, "really really big" numbering over fifteen armor units. The Axis begin to freak out.

October, 1942: The Axis take out a few Russian units, but don't cause any major damage. The Russian army takes heavy losses, but turns Konisberg into dust. Its defenders, at least. More and more reinforcements arrive in a steady stream. That plane kills another bomber.

December, 1942: Riga becomes the most loserific city by a.) losing to one ship and b.) rioting about it. Hmph. The Russians take Konisberg and prepare to converge on Warsaw. The Axis complain and demand the Russians surrender. The Russians respond by taking out a Marine division headed for Warsaw, prompting the Axis to frantically spam "OMG CAMPER CAMPER" and... Wait, wrong game.

Febuary, 1943: Spain finally does something and kills an Italian ship. More Allied tanks show up, but are still nothing to be worried about. The Axis take Sevastopol by cheating.

April, 1943: The Luftwafe and Allied forces, together with some lucky Axis tanks, make life very difficult for the Russians. After a very, very hard fought battle, the Russians take Warsaw. Lacking the troops to take another city in such a manner, the Russians content themselves with slaughtering any offenses that are launched at them and making more troops.

June, 1943: The Russians kill about six Axis units, not losing a single unit of its own, and consolidates in Warsaw. After checking the casualties, Russia sighs and accepts the fact that it's taken over three times as many losses as the Axis, but reflects that it's winning anyway.

August, 1943: Two Russian tanks try to retake Sevastopol, and fail. We'll get it later, when it matters. The rest of the Russian army, over twenty armor units, begins to collect around the unlucky Axis city of Krakow.

October, 1943: By cheating again, the Axis take another Russian city, Maikop. This kind of thing must end. Maikop is quickly retaken. The Russian army prepares for the Big Push.

December, 1943: After losing four tanks or so, Krakow falls. Hitler calls the Russians up and lets them know that he's decided to rid the world of the Russian civilization. He's serious now!

Febuary, 1944: After successfully bombing and fighting a few of my units dead, Hitler lets the Russians know that he WILL kill them all off. Literally by cheating this time (diplomat) the Axis steals one of the Russian cities. The Spanish finally do something good again and kill some more Axis units on the other side of Europe. Go Spain! The next target marked for Russian wrath is Prague, and troops begin to collect by it.

April, 1944: The Russians lose four tanks to Axis aggression. The Russians decide to sit back and regroup for a bit. Avenging the four tanks, the Russians kill off two riflemen, a fighter, an engineer and two bombers. Ha ha! Take that, fascism!

June, 1944: The Russians lose three tanks. Curses! The Axis lose a few units in the doing of it, though, and then lose Odessa and a good deal of both land and air units to the Russians. It's a war of attrition until the Russians can bring their full force to bear, and the Russians are winning.

August, 1944: The Russians lose one tank. The Russians sign a peace treaty with the Allies, and suddenly, the Axis feel very alone. Faced with the mediocre-yet-still-annoying Spanish on one side, and massive numbers of Russia on the other, can they win? Maybe. The Russians lose a fighter trying to kill a bomber off, and the Axis lose two engineers.

October, 1944: Nothing happens.

December, 1944: The Allies get nukes (!) and cancel their alliance with the Axis. The Russians lose a lot of tanks. The Axis lose a lot of engineers and bombers.

Febuary, 1945: Slowly, the Russians push the Axis back. A line of armor gathers and Russian MiG prototypes take down Axis bombers. Without Allied support, it doesn't look good for the Axis. The scenario ends suddenly.

This scenario had a faster "cut-off" date than the first one, possibly because (as I mentioned in the beginning) it skipped every other month, so the amount of turns in the game was halved. Don't ask me why it did this; it's a buggy scenario. If I had more time, the defeat of the Axis would have been inevitable. I just had more cities. It would've taken forever, it would have been slow and probably come down to who got nukes first -- but I would have won. Kind of uninteresting, and not at all like the give-and-take of the first one. The reason I didn't win in this instance and had to force a stalemate (still did better than the Axis) is because the Allies and the French both turned on me. Weird. The World War one scenario was more fun to play, but harder, and I would do things differently if I had the chance. This one was pretty easy, if frustrating. Here are some final screenshots.
