Scene of the crime: Winter Conquest

I started out by turning on all of my super hacky cheats, map hack money
hack.... j/k

 

    I spawned in the top right starting location, immediately
I started another slimy worker, and sent my 4 gift drones from kerrigan,
bob, mike, malt, and liquor, over to mine the giant blue crystals that
towered over the hatchery morphed from sue, who was the drone Kerrigan
used to make the hatchery on the snow covered world of....

 

    I mined the beautiful blue gems until I had 7 drones,
and then spawned one of my new larvae into an overlord, and spawned drones
until 9, waiting for the ballon to finsh. When it DID finsh I sent a drone
over to build a spawning pool, and another drone to go and scout out the
map for MiMe_Me.

MiMe_Me: hang on a sec okay? (he pauses the game)

I wait, and wait, and have a tuna sandwich, and then wait some more,
checked my watch seen that it had been nearly 2 minutes, and the game commenced.
I set about production of a extractor, so I could assimilate the useful
vespene that I had located near my mineral patch. As soon as it was done
I put 3 drones on it and began construction of a sunken colony and a bunch
of lings, and a 2nd hatchery at my mineral only exspansion. I also built
a 2nd hatchery at my main, as the one from kerrigan was not going to be
enough to produce the mass hydras I had in mind.

Right as the hatchery was finshing, I mean RIGHT when it was finshing,
MiMe_Me paused, un paused, and paused AGAIN, which made for a interesting
picture, shown below.

As shown here, I appear to be a bit annoyed at his pausing...

        As of now I had nearly 24
zerglings, and sent them to MiMe_Me's base, where they encountered 3 bunkers
full of marines, and a single barracks behind them, which was idle. I did
a /stats mime_me and got the invalid user message, I assumed that this
person was a newbie, and thus I slacked off a bit, deciding to make the
game very life-threatening to him at all times. Back at home, I placed
down a hydra den, 2 more evo chambers, and expanded to the top starting
location accompanied by 12 zerglings and a pair of hydras.

        My beautiful lair finished,
and I began the level 2 ground upgrades for my hyrdas and zerglings, and
also laid down a queens nest so I could use brood ling and parasite on
the evil terran's, I also laid down a spire, so I could quickly produce
scourge if I needed to deal with science vessels (which I never did)

        Recon with a pair of speed
up'd over lords showed that he had nothing in his base except for 1 of
each building, a wall of supply depots, and a circle of turrets backed
up by 12 siege tanks,  definition on turtling newbie, it was amazing
my ovie's even got that far in...

        I had a GIANT mineral surplus
so I decided to make an thick line (which I later reinforced with scourge
and cracklings)and basically made a wall that extended from my top start
location exspansion down to my newly created island exspansion at the northern
island, and down to the bottom left starting location, where I found a
exspansion of purple's, defended by a pair of bunkers, with 4 firebats
in 1, and 4 marines in the other, backed up by 10 (?!!??!?!?!) 2/2 tanks,
I sent about 36 3/3 hydras down to the base to get rid of it, and sent
my 12 queens down to spawn broodling the tanks, I lost 30 hydras before
I could broodling the tanks, which had grown to nearly 30 since I had stumbled
upon his exspansion with an scouting/expanding drone.

        When I had the speed/vision/transport
researched at the lair I upgraded it to a hive and laid down a 4th hatchery,
also I produced a bunch of queens to deal with the tanks. That I expected
to out number the ones at his exspansion attempt

        I decided to be cruel, and
laid down a ultralisk cavern, a wretched defiler mound, and I researched
my favorite evoulution,  the zergling adrenenal gland upgrade, by
the way, did I mention what I did with his defenseless command center at
his exspansion?????

           Thats right!
I INFESTED IT MWA HA HA!!!!!!

        I started non-stop production
of infested terrans, most of which I ended up trying a new tactic on, infested
terran/cracklings/ultralisks/darkswarm/hydras/muties/guardians/everything
else in the zerg tech tree.

    Around this time I decided to drink malt liquor.

    I sent my humongoues force of 24 lings/12 hydras/3
ultras/3 defilers/36 muties/2 guardians/10 queens/2 lurkers, and destroyed
his base by broodlinging, (is that a word?) his tanks, falling back, waiting
for 150 again, going back in and using broodling again, leaving my forces
to deal with the rest, which couldn't be more than 3 control groups of
3/3 tanks, and 6 wraiths we're flying over head so my queens weren't willing
to go back in, 1 of my queens had 101 kills! (amazing how many times them
broodlings can kill things, 1 broodling had 11 kills hehe)

        Since he failed to expand
again, and I had pretty much walled him in, I was rewarded with the winning
music (not the kerrigan rules song I'm playing hehe)°

Lessons Learned:

- Zerg are
not dominated by terran, so there.

- Is
it hot in here?

- I should have just attacked him before he got
a million tanks, shouldn't I have?
