Lifetime Rating for -=DarkHawke=-: 6.0357 |   | Well, after arriving into nohunters, I see mark4 just whisper me " Hi" and then I see him advertising for a 1on1. Ahscar immediatly agrees, and we're set.
Cletus ( The slack jawed yokel ) : Well, tonight we're going to be witnessing a excellent match-up between two great players.
Bob : Well, you have got that right, and the planet wasn't the ever so common lost temple, it twas the " isles of death " aka Dire straights.
Cletus : Well , hyuck, I guess we better get started.
Bob : That's right. Mark4 , the hometown favourite, is a Brown Protoss in the bottom left starting position. Ahscar on the other hand, starts top left as a Yellow Terran. Well, take it away Cletus!
Cletus : Hyuck, thanks Bob. Mark4 starts a pylon on his 8th probe, constructs a assimilator, followed up by a gateway. Ahscar , has a simliar build order. He starts a supply depot on 8 , Barracks, then constructing a refinery, followed up by a supply depot.
Bob : Cletus, Do I take a hint of taking notes?8) Well, you have it right so far, i'll take it from here. After Mark4's gateway is completed, it is followed by a cybernetics core, after that warps in from the now wasted planet of auir, he constructs a robotics facility. Then, the zealots wanted a hang-out area, so he constructed a citadel of adun by popular demand. The robotic probe is now constructing a robotics support bay, and a templar archives. Take it away Cletus !
Cletus : Well, schucks... I was taking notes! I also noticed Ahscars build order. After the necessary construction of a *hiccup* refinery, he made marines, a factory followed up by a starport. The marines were put in a *hiccup* position of behind the minerals in case of a drop. After the starport is completed, A machine shop comes online, followed by a control tower. A science facility is next on the *hiccup* list. Bob, you better take 'er away *hiccup* now.
Bob : That's a pretty bad case of the hiccups cletus, have you been drinking too much redneck-cola? :) Well, after that templar archives is warped in from the planet auir, a reaver is loaded into the shuttle. Seconds later, a dark templar joins the reaver in the ever-so-comfortable shuttle. They set off to the top left island. All the while, 'me buddy mark set up a forge. Then 2 cannons next to his nexus joined the buildings. Well, you tell them what happened to the drop cletus.
Cletus : *GGAASSSPP * 1 mississippi 2 mississippi 3 mississippi...
Bob : CLETUS , IM TELLIN MA IF YOU DONT TELL THE YOUNGSTERS THE STORY!!!!
Cletus : 8*( Well, the shuttle flys the top left corner, avoiding 2 missle turrets, and proceeds to drop. Although, little did he know what fate would bestough. The dark templar pops out, but marines in the peon line/mineral line destroy with the missle turrets detection. A reaver pops out, and fires a scarab at a clump of marines. Then, like a dream , a song popped into my head. " HaHa You're dead! 50 bullets in your head! Not so big , not so small, Just the size of montreal! " The marines were rejoicing their kill of the dreaded dark templar, when, well... their head exploded. Then 2 of those big youngster flying in their new flying -mobile attacked poor old reaver. The reaver fired into the peon line, mindless scv's destroyed. * Repeat as necessary * After about 16 kills on the reaver, the burst lasers destroyed it. WELL, ALL OUT TO PA ON THIS ONE, HE DELETED MY PICTURE OF IT! =[

Bob : Well, calm down now cletus , im sure he didn't mean it.
Cletus : Bah!
Bob : Anyways, Mark4 proceeded to expand , while being harassed by wraiths, and a drop every now and then. The swing was always changing with who was going to win... as psi storm cackled, marines fired guass rifles. Burst lasers and Dragoon's attack exchanged fire. Eventually, both players suffered heavy * comparativly * losses. Mark4 took over the expansion, put up a stargate, and proceeded to expand again. But, both players were unloading a large amount of troops each, when they collided! 8) Psi-storm and Warp blades team up with Dragoons to overwhelm the not-so-big-now enemy ;p Mark4 didn't expand there thou.
Cletus : Shaddup! Blah Blah Blah! Well, here's my turn ma! Well, Ahscar being da coolio he is, decided never to ally PA or madskillz, and his wraiths were always that blurryness on the screen. But, Mark4 's good recon made most of the blurriness go away with observers. Back to the build orders.... Ahscar orders up 2 more command centers while continually making troops. Mark4 had a observatory when I looked =[ . Mark4 expands 9:00 , and Ahscar , pulling out the inner zileas, actually uses his science vessels and dmatrixs a tank which can shoot upon the lower expansion. But wait, *hiccup* he dmatrixes a dropship to scout! brilliance =[. Then, after a couple more attacks with dmatrixed wraiths, We never saw many more dmatrixed things :) Due to psi-storm =[.
Bob : Well, Mark4 is expanding to the 2nd middle island, ( the one on the right ) and bottom left, while Ahscar expands top middle and top left main. Mark4 attacked, and attacked some more, but eventually, the expansion held. About 30-40 lives were lost altogether. :/ Psi-storm and marines, drags and goliaths. Tanks and dtemps, corsairs and wraiths... but eventually he held. Mark4 puts up 2 more gates, and a fleet beacon. He is expanding alot now... while Ahscar just can't really do much.
Cletus : *falls asleep*
Bob : CLETUS !! CLETUS ARGH IM TELLING MA & PA . YOUR IN TROUBLE NOW!
Cletus : *ten minutes later * Bah! oh well. I didnt miss much =p . Mark4 now has 7-8 carriers, while Ahscar is steadily producing marines, tanks, gols and vessels.
Then, I look at the middle Island, and I see about 14 carriers? Hyuck, them der must be dem der hallutionactions hick. *like the spelling ? :) *
Mark4 : " Oh no! My Fleet! "
Mark4 : " =] "
After feeling cool about popping halluctionasions *again* , he makes more units :P .
Then , another t*hiccup*hree carriers join the fray, and then he attacks with 12 carriers and his brand new spankin' arbiter. After using the recon he got, he attacked and Ahscar couldn't do anything. That was the game .

Lessons Learned :
o Terran have it hard on islands.
o Ahscar and Mark4 are good.
o Carriers are very useful, same with templars.
