Lifetime Rating for Flint79: 6.3714 |   | After work today I was unable to get a game on Island Hop, Road war, Temple or Full Circle. There were many hunter games being played at the time though (That explains it). I make a game on Challenger...wait...remake...and finally get somebody to play.

I do a rax, depot rax build. My SCV is just arriving in his base when I am starting my 2nd rax. I see a pylon and two gates warping in at the same time. I have a few rines at this point. I decide to send the SCV back home for some work detail.
I make 12 rines and send them to my choke. I make a tolken bunker there that I don't fill. I made it just to be on the safe side. I get my gas going and make a factory then academy. Add the com-stat and get to work on my first tank and seige mode. I scan him.
I don't see much. Same two gates, but a forge has been added. I see no troops. I have 2 tanks at my choke and get to work on my 2nd CC. When I have enough comstat build up...I scan his choke. I see many cannons all nice and organised. He could'nt even leave his base. I was also thinking perhaps he rallied troops to his choke...I still see no zealots or goons of any kind. After my first factory...I make a Starport and SCI fac right after. I was teching like a fiend.
My tanks and rines could have gotten in at this point...but I was amused as to see what would he would do next :). I float over my CC and que up 5 SCV. I have 2 e-bay's at this point as well. It was nice to be able to invest in 2/2 upgrades right after my 1/1 was done. I add a Covert-Ops to my SCI fac and begin nuke production at my island. I get cloak, lockdown and additional sight range in that order.
I have'nt scanned him in a while. I scan him see every tech building in the Protoss Tech tree. Still no troops in sight, although...I do see a shuttle. "Goodness" I think to myself...prehaps he thinks he playing Sim-City. He also has'nt expanded, yet. I'm thinkin he will make carriers though.
I have a variety of Ghosts (Nuke capable), Tanks, Wraiths (Patroling the map), Rines and a few tolken firebats. Ummm...let's move out.
I set up my tanks and they start to peck away at the cannons a bit. He had to wait untill I cleared a few before he could do anything as he was walled in. Ohhhhhh...he finally make some troops. In the form of 5 0/0/0 goons with no range. I lock a few down just for kicks.
Geee...I'm really getting tired of seiging and unseiging my tanks to get through the cannons. Prep the nuclear strike. I target the cannons and one carrier with 4 intercepters finally shows up. But...oh no...it's in the radius of the nuke (hehe). His whole choke defence goes up in one big explosion and the carrier crashes to the ground. After his flagshp was destroyed he left the game....but I moved in and destroyed his main anyway, cuz I dig the Terran unit variety (Plus the sounds of Firebats, Tanks, Wraiths, Marines and Ghosts just sound cool when all attacking at once).
I just don't understand some players at all.

Additionally...here are a few funny quotes that I have had people say to me in random public games.
Him: "Why scan-sweep me if you know where I am?"
Me: "I won't even dignify that question with a response"

(I did a 7 OL drop of Hydra's on his main to counter his 5 rine 2 wraith force. Hmmmm. Island map)
( I played a game simlear to JSH's Sunkencraft report last night..and as I'm moving up my tanks and rines he comments)
Him: I hate Zerg
Me: Yeah...It was the Zerg race that made you build 19 sunkens and no troops. I feel your pain.
Him: THEY JUST KEEP COMMING IN WAVES. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
(After 7 6ling rushes failed in row with no losses to myself)
Me: Uhhh...keep em commin.
(Then I arrived at his main with 24 rines...he only had a pool and 3 drones...I wanted to show some power)
