Lifetime Rating for 4177: 3.0000 |  | Will it all started simple enough. i was in the one on one channel and these two close freinds it seemed like wanted to go in a ladder match. i can tell their close because one's screen name is 12345 and the other 1-2345, must be next door neighbors or something. Anyway, they decided on the map Crusader. By the way this is Starcraft not Brood Wars.
12345 stareted on the top right as zerg and 1-2345 started on bottom left as toss. 12345 has a very unique way of building. he gets like 24 drones mining. And starts to go out onto the platform and puts a hatchery there. then many, i mean, many sunkens were place around. Then three more hatcheries were put infront of the sunken colonies. Within his main base a hydralisk den is morphed and the outer hacheries started to pump hydras.
1-2345 on the other hand made five gateways and made only dragoons. His forge is working and pretty soon his dragoons were level one in weapons. He also has a expansion at the top left going. Finally after many dragoons a templar archive was warped in. and the storm masters were warped.
not one offensive move was yet made and 2 some odd minutes passed. At last, 12345 found 1-2345's base with a teched up overlord. 24 hydras were sent to attack. Almost before they were their storms were cast. 1-2345 has now bout 24 templars. all of the hydras died before they even reached 1-2345's base! after like 2 minutes when the hydra rush was over, 1-2345 got 24 dragoons to attack. As he reached his opponents base a many tentacles killed 9 dragoons. 12345 was stunned by this i think, for he didn't do anything. then as a second swarm of tentacles killed 9 more dragoons he finally retreated.
By this time 12345 has mutas and upgraded them to 1:1. 12 mutas were sent, but a huge army of dragoons, which was produced in the beginning, stopped the mutas along with some storm
12345 has expanded 2 times already. 1-2345 has plenty minerals left to mine. he has 3 robotics facility producing reavers and shuttles. 4 observers had found both of 12345's expansion. 10 dragoons were sent to decoy the newly made expansion. And a shuttles was sent to the second expanded base. the dragoons attacked first drawing immediate attention by 12345. the shuttle dropped the two templats off. and each put two storms. all except maybe 4 drones were killed.
By the time the zerg player has found out the horror which is upon him it was way too late. He first to see what was going on in the protoss base with a overlord.he ee 2 reavers entering a shuttles, there's five shuttle total, he knows the up coming strategy. though he told me later after the game it was his first time someone ever loaded so many reavers. it was a dangerous task but the executor want to end this match.12345 however has other ideas.
he has his 5 hacheries and one lair start to morph as many mutas before the rush came. and also started to expand to any place the protoss hasn't conquered. luckily, all the mutas came out just as the reavers were unloaded. Major damages was still done by the slugs. 12345 lost his den, spire and lair. but the danger was over. now it's desperate, the cerebrate has another swarm of mutas morphed before the spire was destroyed. now his minerals ain't alot only 2 bases was mining out of his 4 bases, and are running low. so he gathered up all hes mutas and off they went.
Attacking 1-2345's main was the cerebrates plan. it's gaurded by a lot of archons and templars,but he had no choice. into the base he went, with i would say 36 mutas. storms were cast, but the bugs flew like crazy to dodge them. only 6 died. they aimed for the templar archives, gateways and robotic facilities. when these were took out 10 mutas still remained!
so he hit and ran on the archons. killing them all. "God damn it" was all that 1-2345 said, though he didn't leave. as the mutas headed for the bases the cerebrate can see why. only one or two gateways was at a expansion. and a few cannons. the ordinary gg's were exchanged and the swarm are triumphant for now.
